구성 목적

Purpose of the Structure

 

SEC 평가지표 체계(110개 세부평가지표)(SEC Indicator System (110 Detailed Evaluation Indicators))는 6대 평가부문(6 Major Evaluation Domains)과 14개 하위평가항목(14 SEC Strategic Pillars)을 구체적이고 객관적인 평가기준으로 구현하기 위하여 구성되었다. 각 세부평가지표는 조직의 책임경영 활동을 다양한 관점에서 평가할 수 있도록 체계적으로 설계되었으며, 평가의 객관성과 일관성을 확보하는 기준으로 활용된다.

The SEC Indicator System (110 Detailed Evaluation Indicators) has been developed to translate the 6 Major Evaluation Domains and the 14 SEC Strategic Pillars into objective and measurable assessment criteria. Each Detailed Evaluation Indicator is systematically designed to evaluate Responsible Management from multiple perspectives while ensuring objectivity and consistency throughout the evaluation process.

 

계층적 구성

Hierarchical Structure

 

110개 세부평가지표는 하나의 독립적인 평가항목의 집합이 아니라 단계적으로 연결된 계층 구조를 기반으로 구성된다. 최상위의 6대 평가부문(6 Major Evaluation Domains)은 책임경영의 핵심 영역을 제시하며, 이를 구체화한 14개 하위평가항목(14 SEC Strategic Pillars)은 평가의 전략적 방향을 제시한다. 각 하위평가항목에는 이에 대응하는 세부평가지표가 배치되어 실제 평가가 수행된다.

The 110 Detailed Evaluation Indicators are not a collection of independent criteria but are organized within a hierarchical evaluation framework. The 6 Major Evaluation Domains define the principal areas of Responsible Management, while the 14 SEC Strategic Pillars provide the strategic structure for evaluation. Each Strategic Pillar is supported by a corresponding set of Detailed Evaluation Indicators through which practical assessments are conducted.

 

 

구성 원칙

Structural Principles

 

세부평가지표는 특정 정책이나 단일 성과를 평가하는 데 그치지 않고, 조직의 정책 수립, 운영체계 구축, 실행 수준, 성과 창출 및 지속적인 개선 활동까지 종합적으로 평가할 수 있도록 설계되었다. 또한 기업과 공공기관 모두에 적용할 수 있도록 보편성과 유연성을 함께 고려하였다.

The Detailed Evaluation Indicators are designed to assess not only individual policies or outcomes but also the establishment of governance systems, implementation practices, performance achievements, and continuous improvement. The framework has been developed to ensure both broad applicability and flexibility across corporations and public institutions.

 

 

평가부문과의 연계

Relationship with the Evaluation Domains

 

각 세부평가지표는 해당 평가부문과 하위평가항목의 평가목적을 실질적으로 구현하는 역할을 수행한다. 따라서 모든 평가지표는 독립적으로 운영되는 것이 아니라 상호 연계된 구조 속에서 조직의 책임경영 수준을 종합적으로 평가하도록 설계되어 있다.

Each Detailed Evaluation Indicator serves to implement the evaluation objectives of its corresponding Evaluation Domain and SEC Strategic Pillar. Rather than functioning independently, all indicators operate as interconnected components of a comprehensive framework for assessing Responsible Management.

 

 

평가체계의 완성

Completion of the Evaluation Framework

 

110개 세부평가지표를 통하여 수집된 평가결과는 조직의 책임경영 수준을 객관적으로 분석하는 기초자료가 되며, 이후 SEC 핵심가치지표(31개 핵심가치지표, CVIs)(SEC Core Value Indicators (31 Core Value Indicators, CVIs))의 도출과 WF책임경영지수(WFSRI)(WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI)) 산출의 기반으로 활용된다. 이를 통해 평가지표 체계는 평가와 분석, 지수 산출을 연결하는 핵심 기반으로 기능한다.

The results generated through the 110 Detailed Evaluation Indicators provide the objective foundation for analyzing Responsible Management. They subsequently support the development of the SEC Core Value Indicators (31 Core Value Indicators, CVIs) and the calculation of the WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI). In this way, the Indicator System functions as the central framework linking evaluation, analysis, and index development.
