SEC 핵심가치지표(31개 핵심가치지표, CVIs)(SEC Core Value Indicators (31 Core Value Indicators, CVIs))는 SEC 평가지표 체계(110개 세부평가지표)(SEC Indicator System (110 Detailed Evaluation Indicators))를 기반으로 조직의 핵심적인 책임경영 역량을 종합적으로 분석하기 위하여 개발된 핵심 분석체계이다. 세부평가지표가 조직의 다양한 책임경영 활동을 개별적으로 평가하는 역할을 수행한다면, 핵심가치지표는 이러한 평가결과를 통합하여 조직의 지속가능성과 책임경영 수준을 대표하는 핵심가치를 도출하는 역할을 수행한다.

The SEC Core Value Indicators (31 Core Value Indicators, CVIs) have been developed as the principal analytical framework for comprehensively assessing an organization's core Responsible Management capabilities based on the SEC Indicator System (110 Detailed Evaluation Indicators). While the Detailed Evaluation Indicators assess individual aspects of Responsible Management, the Core Value Indicators integrate these assessment results to identify the essential values that represent an organization's sustainability and Responsible Management performance.

 

개발 목적

Purpose of the Core Value Indicators

 

핵심가치지표는 개별 세부평가지표의 결과를 단순히 집계하기 위한 것이 아니라, 조직의 책임경영 수준을 전략적 관점에서 분석하기 위하여 개발되었다. 이를 통해 조직이 어떠한 핵심가치를 실현하고 있는지를 객관적으로 파악할 수 있으며, 장기적인 경쟁력과 지속가능한 성장 기반을 종합적으로 평가할 수 있다.

The Core Value Indicators are designed not merely to aggregate the results of individual Detailed Evaluation Indicators but to analyze Responsible Management from a strategic perspective. They enable an objective understanding of the core values an organization embodies while providing a comprehensive assessment of its long-term competitiveness and sustainable growth capacity.

31개 핵심가치지표는 6대 평가부문(6 Major Evaluation Domains)과 14개 하위평가항목(14 SEC Strategic Pillars)을 기반으로 구성되며, 조직의 책임경영을 대표하는 핵심 요소를 중심으로 체계화되어 있다. 따라서 개별 활동의 성과뿐 아니라 조직 전반의 운영 수준과 미래 대응 역량까지 함께 분석할 수 있도록 설계되었다.

The 31 Core Value Indicators are structured upon the 6 Major Evaluation Domains and the 14 SEC Strategic Pillars, focusing on the essential elements that characterize Responsible Management. The framework is designed to evaluate not only individual performance outcomes but also organizational governance, operational capability, and preparedness for future challenges.

SEC 핵심가치지표(31개 핵심가치지표, CVIs)(SEC Core Value Indicators (31 Core Value Indicators, CVIs))는 WF책임경영지수(WFSRI)(WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI))를 산출하기 위한 핵심 분석기반으로 활용된다. 핵심가치지표를 통해 도출된 분석결과는 조직의 책임경영 수준을 종합적으로 반영하며, 이후 SEC WFSRI Rating과 SEC WFSRI Certification의 평가에도 활용된다.

The SEC Core Value Indicators (31 Core Value Indicators, CVIs) constitute the principal analytical foundation for calculating the WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI). The analytical results derived from the Core Value Indicators comprehensively reflect an organization's Responsible Management performance and subsequently support the SEC WFSRI Rating and SEC WFSRI Certification processes.
