본 백서는 WFAPII의 평가철학과 평가체계, 평가방법론 및 운영원칙을 설명하는 공식 공개문서다.
This White Paper is an official public document describing the evaluation philosophy, framework, methodology, and operational principles of WFAPII.

7대 평가부문은 공개하며, 15개 하위 평가항목과 140개 세부평가지표의 개별 내용, 배점·가중치·산식 및 세부 채점기준은 비공개 내부 평가운영 자료로 관리한다.

The seven Evaluation Categories are publicly disclosed, while the detailed contents, scoring allocations, weights, formulas, and assessment criteria of the fifteen Evaluation Areas and 140 Detailed Evaluation Indicators are maintained as confidential internal operational materials.

본 백서의 내용을 인용할 때에는 문서명과 발행기관 및 해당 출처를 명확하게 표시해야 한다.
When citing this White Paper, the document title, publishing institution, and relevant source must be clearly identified.
