세계청년리더총연맹(WFPL, WORLD FEDERATION OF POWER LEADERS, 이하 세계총연맹)은 지난 2007년 1월11일 설립된 '국제청소년연구원 (구. 국제청소년연구소, 초대 대표 이산하<李山河>)'을 모태로 한 비영리 정치적 중립기구로, 세계총연맹 부설 언론기관인 세계언론협회(WPA, WORLD PRESS ASSOCIATION)와 전국 17개 광역시•도 지부연맹을 통해서 열정을 가진 청년인재들과 함께 사회의 구조적 모순에서 일어나는 위기상황을 해결해 나가는데 기여하고 있다. 또한 사회적 약자가 소외 받지 않고 참여와 소통의 문화가 확산돼 ’더불어 함께하는 세상'을 열어 가는데 가치를 두고 있다. |

세계청년리더총연맹(WFPL)은 공공가치(Public Value)를 실현하고 사회의 구조적 문제 해결에 기여하기 위하여 평가(Evaluation), 연구(Research), 언론(Media), 국제협력(Global Cooperation)을 유기적으로 연계하는 운영체계를 구축하고 있다.
WFPL은 특정 분야만으로는 사회문제를 근본적으로 해결할 수 없다는 철학 아래 각 전문기관이 고유의 역할과 전문성을 바탕으로 상호 협력하는 통합 운영체계를 운영하고 있으며, 이를 통하여 책임경영 문화 확산과 지속가능한 발전에 기여하고 있다.
특히 기업 및 공공기관의 책임경영 평가를 담당하는 SEC(Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission)를 중심으로, 세계언론협회(WPA), 국제정책연구원(IPI), WIC(World Innovative Contribution Council)가 각각 언론, 정책연구 및 국제협력 분야를 담당하는 전문 플랫폼으로 운영되고 있다.
Core Operational Framework
To advance public value and contribute to solving structural social challenges, the World Federation of Power Leaders (WFPL) has established an integrated operational framework that brings together evaluation, research, media, and international cooperation.
Based on the belief that complex social challenges cannot be solved by a single sector alone, WFPL operates a collaborative framework in which each specialized organization performs its unique role while working together to promote responsible management and sustainable development.
At the center of this framework is the Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission (SEC), supported by the World Press Association (WPA), the International Policy Institute (IPI), and the World Innovative Contribution Council (WIC), each contributing its expertise in media, policy research, and international cooperation.
운영체계
기업 및 공공기관의 지속가능성, 책임경영, 비재무 리스크 관리역량, 혁신역량 및 장기 가치창출 역량을 종합적으로 평가하는 책임경영 평가전문기관이다. WF책임경영지수(WFSRI)를 개발·운영하며, SEC WFSRI Rating, WFPL 기업·공공기관 ESG 평가, ESG·WFSRI 평가분석센터를 통하여 책임경영 문화 확산을 선도하고 있다. The SEC is WFPL's specialized institution for evaluating responsible management in corporations and public institutions. It develops and operates the WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI) and oversees the SEC WFSRI Rating, the WFPL ESG Evaluation for Corporations and Public Institutions, and the ESG·WFSRI Evaluation & Analysis Center.
WPA (World Press Association)
언론의 공공성과 사회적 책임을 실천하고 건전한 언론문화 조성과 공익적 여론 형성을 지원하는 국제 언론 전문기관이다. The World Press Association (WPA) promotes responsible journalism, public-interest media, and the development of a healthy media environment. IPI (International Policy Institute)
공공정책과 평가체계 연구를 수행하는 연구기관으로, 국회의원 의정평가위원회(AEC)와 지자체혁신평가위원회(GEC)를 운영하며 정책 및 평가모델 연구를 수행한다. 이러한 연구 성과는 책임경영 평가체계의 지속적인 발전을 위한 연구 기반으로 활용되고 있다. The International Policy Institute (IPI) conducts research on public policy and evaluation systems while operating the Assembly Evaluation Commission (AEC) and the Local Government Evaluation Commission (GEC). These research activities support the continued advancement of responsible management evaluation.
WIC (World Innovative Contribution Council)
세계 각국의 우수한 인물과 기관, 기업 및 혁신사례를 조사·비교·분석하여 국제사회와 공유하는 글로벌 혁신 플랫폼이다. 이를 통하여 세계 각 분야의 우수사례를 확산하고 지속가능한 발전과 국제협력을 촉진한다. The World Innovative Contribution Council (WIC) is a global platform dedicated to researching, comparing, analyzing, and sharing outstanding individuals, institutions, corporations, and innovative achievements from around the world, thereby promoting international cooperation and sustainable development.
운영 원칙
