세계청년리더총연맹(WFPL, WORLD FEDERATION OF POWER LEADERS, 이하 세계총연맹)은 지난 2007년 1월11일 설립된 '국제청소년연구원 (구. 국제청소년연구소, 초대 대표 이산하<李山河>)'을 모태로 한 비영리 정치적 중립기구로, 세계총연맹 부설 언론기관인 세계언론협회(WPA, WORLD PRESS ASSOCIATION)와 전국 17개 광역시•도 지부연맹 및 세계 각 국가의 지부연맹을 통해서 열정을 가진 청년인재들과 함께 사회의 구조적 모순에서 일어나는 위기상황을 해결해 나가는데 기여하고 있다. 또한 세계 각국 간의 교류와 협력을 통해 사회적 약자가 소외 받지 않고 참여와 소통의 문화가 확산돼 ’더불어 함께하는 세상'을 열어 가는데 가치를 두고 있다. |

세계학교폭력추방본부(SVEH, World School Violence Eradication Headquarters)는 학교폭력 예방과 청소년 인권 보호, 건강한 학교문화 조성을 위하여 세계청년리더총연맹(WFPL)이 2017년 12월 19일 출범시킨 대표적인 사회혁신 프로젝트이다. The World School Violence Eradication Headquarters (SVEH) is a flagship social innovation initiative established by the World Federation of Power Leaders (WFPL) on 19 December 2017 to prevent school violence, protect the rights of young people, and promote a healthy school culture.
SVEH는 학교폭력 문제를 학교와 교육기관만의 과제가 아니라 가정과 지역사회, 기업과 시민사회가 함께 해결해야 할 공동의 사회적 과제로 인식하고 있다. 이를 위해 국민참여형 예방활동과 교육, 정책 제안, 공익 캠페인 등을 지속적으로 추진하며 학교폭력 없는 안전한 교육환경 조성에 기여하고 있다. SVEH recognizes school violence not merely as an issue for schools and educational institutions, but as a shared social responsibility involving families, local communities, businesses, and civil society. To this end, it promotes citizen participation through prevention programs, education, policy recommendations, and public-interest campaigns, contributing to the creation of safe educational environments free from school violence.
최근에는 디지털 환경의 급격한 변화에 따라 학교폭력뿐만 아니라 사이버폭력, 청소년 도박, 온라인 유해환경 등 새로운 청소년 문제에도 관심을 확대하고 있으며, 미래세대가 안전하고 건강한 환경에서 성장할 수 있도록 다양한 예방 활동과 인식 개선 사업을 추진하고 있다. In response to rapid changes in the digital environment, SVEH has expanded its focus beyond traditional school violence to include cyberbullying, youth gambling, and other online risks. It continues to implement a wide range of prevention and awareness initiatives to help future generations grow in safe and healthy environments.

SVEH는 학교폭력으로 고통받는 학생들이 더 이상 발생하지 않는 사회를 만들고, 모든 학생들이 안전하고 행복한 교육환경 속에서 자신의 꿈과 가능성을 마음껏 펼칠 수 있도록 지원하기 위하여 설립되었다. SVEH was established to help build a society in which no student suffers from school violence and where every child can pursue his or her dreams and full potential in a safe, healthy, and supportive educational environment.
또한 학교폭력 예방을 위한 국민참여형 운동을 확산하고, 청소년 보호와 건강한 학교문화 조성을 위한 사회적 공감대를 형성하며, 미래세대를 위한 공공가치를 실현하는 것을 중요한 목표로 삼고 있다. It also seeks to expand citizen participation in school violence prevention, strengthen social awareness of youth protection and healthy school culture, and advance public values for future generations.

학교폭력 예방 및 청소년 인권 보호
현재의 역할 (Current Role)
SVEH는 학교폭력 예방과 청소년 보호를 위한 WFPL의 대표적인 사회혁신 프로젝트로서, 학교폭력 예방 캠페인, 청소년 도박 예방 활동, 건강한 학교문화 조성, 정책 제안 및 국제협력 사업 등을 지속적으로 추진하고 있다. As WFPL's flagship social innovation initiative for youth protection, SVEH continues to carry out school violence prevention campaigns, youth gambling prevention programs, healthy school culture initiatives, policy recommendations, and international cooperation projects.
또한 매년 1월 11일 '세계학교폭력추방의 날(World School Violence Eradication Day)' 기념행사를 개최하고 있으며, '대한민국 모범리더상(Korea Student Leader Awards)'과 '대한민국 SVE 특별상(Korea SVE Special Awards)'을 통해 학교폭력 예방과 청소년 보호에 기여한 개인과 단체를 발굴·격려하고 있다. In addition, SVEH commemorates World School Violence Eradication Day each year on 11 January and presents the Korea Student Leader Awards and the Korea SVE Special Awards to recognize and encourage individuals and organizations that have made outstanding contributions to school violence prevention and youth protection.
