세계청년리더총연맹(WFPL, WORLD FEDERATION OF POWER LEADERS, 이하 세계총연맹)은 지난 2007년 1월11일 설립된 '국제청소년연구원 (구. 국제청소년연구소, 초대 대표 이산하<李山河>)'을 모태로 한 비영리 정치적 중립기구로, 세계총연맹 부설 언론기관인 세계언론협회(WPA, WORLD PRESS ASSOCIATION)와 전국 17개 광역시•도 지부연맹 및 세계 각 국가의 지부연맹을 통해서 열정을 가진 청년인재들과 함께 사회의 구조적 모순에서 일어나는 위기상황을 해결해 나가는데 기여하고 있다. 또한 세계 각국 간의 교류와 협력을 통해 사회적 약자가 소외 받지 않고 참여와 소통의 문화가 확산돼 ’더불어 함께하는 세상'을 열어 가는데 가치를 두고 있다. |

세계학교폭력추방본부(SVEH)는 학교폭력 예방과 청소년 인권 보호를 중심으로 미래세대가 안전하고 건강한 환경에서 성장할 수 있도록 다양한 공익활동과 교육, 정책 제안 및 국민참여 캠페인을 추진하고 있다. The World School Violence Eradication Headquarters (SVEH) carries out a wide range of public-interest initiatives, educational programs, policy recommendations, and citizen participation campaigns to help future generations grow in safe and healthy environments, with a primary focus on preventing school violence and protecting the rights of young people.
학교폭력 예방
SVEH는 학교폭력 예방을 위한 교육과 캠페인, 홍보 활동을 지속적으로 추진하며, 학생들이 서로 존중과 배려를 실천하는 안전한 교육환경 조성을 위해 노력하고 있다. SVEH continuously promotes educational programs, awareness campaigns, and public outreach initiatives to prevent school violence and foster safe educational environments where students practice mutual respect and consideration.
청소년 인권 보호
모든 학생이 차별과 폭력으로부터 보호받고 자유롭고 공정한 교육환경에서 성장할 수 있도록 청소년 인권 보호와 인권 존중 문화 확산을 위한 다양한 활동을 전개하고 있다. SVEH works to protect the rights of young people and promote a culture of respect for human rights, ensuring that every student can grow in a safe, fair, and discrimination-free educational environment.
청소년 도박 예방
디지털 환경의 변화로 증가하는 청소년 도박과 온라인 유해환경의 위험성을 알리고, 예방 교육과 인식 개선 활동을 통해 청소년들이 건전한 가치관을 형성할 수 있도록 지원하고 있다. In response to the growing risks of youth gambling and harmful online environments, SVEH provides prevention education and public awareness programs that encourage young people to develop sound values and responsible decision-making.
건강한 학교문화 조성
학교와 가정, 지역사회가 함께 협력하여 학생들이 서로 존중하고 배려하는 건강한 학교문화를 조성하고, 안전하고 행복한 교육환경을 만들어 가기 위한 다양한 협력사업을 추진하고 있다. SVEH promotes collaborative initiatives involving schools, families, and local communities to foster a healthy school culture where students respect and care for one another while enjoying safe and supportive learning environments.
정책 제안
학교폭력 예방과 청소년 보호를 위한 정책 연구를 수행하고, 교육환경 개선과 제도 발전을 위한 다양한 정책과 제도 개선 방안을 정부와 관계기관에 제안하고 있다. SVEH conducts policy research on school violence prevention and youth protection while recommending policy and institutional improvements that contribute to better educational environments and stronger youth protection systems.
국민참여 캠페인
학교폭력 예방과 청소년 보호는 사회 전체가 함께 참여해야 할 공동의 과제라는 인식 아래, 세계학교폭력추방의 날 기념행사, 학교폭력 추방을 위한 1,000만인 서명운동, 대한민국 모범리더상 및 대한민국 SVE 특별상 등 다양한 국민참여형 공익 캠페인을 지속적으로 전개하고 있다. Recognizing that preventing school violence and protecting young people are shared responsibilities of society, SVEH continues to organize citizen participation initiatives, including World School Violence Eradication Day, the Ten Million Signature Campaign for School Violence Eradication, the Korea Student Leader Awards, and the Korea SVE Special Awards.
