세계청년리더총연맹(WFPL, WORLD FEDERATION OF POWER LEADERS, 이하 세계총연맹)은 지난 2007년 1월11일 설립된 '국제청소년연구원 (구. 국제청소년연구소, 초대 대표 이산하<李山河>)'을 모태로 한 비영리 정치적 중립기구로, 세계총연맹 부설 언론기관인 세계언론협회(WPA, WORLD PRESS ASSOCIATION)와 전국 17개 광역시•도 지부연맹 및 세계 각 국가의 지부연맹을 통해서 열정을 가진 청년인재들과 함께 사회의 구조적 모순에서 일어나는 위기상황을 해결해 나가는데 기여하고 있다. 또한 세계 각국 간의 교류와 협력을 통해 사회적 약자가 소외 받지 않고 참여와 소통의 문화가 확산돼 ’더불어 함께하는 세상'을 열어 가는데 가치를 두고 있다. |

'특정세력권력사유화방지 대국민 선언문'을 발표하여 공공가치와 민주주의의 기본 원칙, 책임 있는 국가 운영의 중요성을 국민과 함께 공유하고자 하였다. The National Declaration Against the Privatization of Power by Particular Groups was issued to reaffirm the importance of public value, the fundamental principles of democracy, and responsible governance.
2022년 특정세력에 의한 권력 사유화 방지와 공공가치 확산을 위한 특별 공익 프로젝트를 추진하였다. A special public-interest initiative was carried out to promote public value and raise awareness of the importance of preventing the privatization of public power by particular interests.
