세계청년리더총연맹(WFPL, WORLD FEDERATION OF POWER LEADERS, 이하 세계총연맹)은 지난 2007년 1월11일 설립된 '국제청소년연구원 (구. 국제청소년연구소, 초대 대표 이산하<李山河>)'을 모태로 한 비영리 정치적 중립기구로, 세계총연맹 부설 언론기관인 세계언론협회(WPA, WORLD PRESS ASSOCIATION)와 전국 17개 광역시•도 지부연맹 및 세계 각 국가의 지부연맹을 통해서 열정을 가진 청년인재들과 함께 사회의 구조적 모순에서 일어나는 위기상황을 해결해 나가는데 기여하고 있다. 또한 세계 각국 간의 교류와 협력을 통해 사회적 약자가 소외 받지 않고 참여와 소통의 문화가 확산돼 ’더불어 함께하는 세상'을 열어 가는데 가치를 두고 있다. |

Since its establishment, the World Federation of Power Leaders (WFPL) has undertaken a variety of special initiatives to address structural social challenges and the issues of each era. These initiatives were planned in response to contemporary social needs and public-interest values, serving as practical efforts to advance public value and social innovation.
특별 프로젝트는 특정 조직이나 집단의 이익을 위한 활동이 아니라 사회 전반의 공공성과 공동체 가치를 보호하고, 지속가능한 발전과 민주적 가치 실현에 기여하기 위한 공익 프로젝트이다. 각 프로젝트는 시대적 배경과 사회적 필요에 따라 추진되었으며, 그 기록과 성과는 WFPL의 역사적 자산으로 보존되고 있다. These initiatives are not intended to serve the interests of any particular organization or group. Rather, they are public-interest projects designed to protect public value and community principles while contributing to sustainable development and democratic values. Each initiative reflects the social context and public needs of its time, and its records are preserved as part of WFPL's institutional history.
WFPL은 앞으로도 사회적 공감대가 필요한 주요 현안에 대하여 공공가치와 책임의 원칙에 따라 다양한 특별 프로젝트를 추진하고, 사회혁신과 지속가능한 발전에 기여하는 국제 공익 플랫폼으로서의 역할을 지속적으로 확대해 나갈 것이다. People's Movement Headquarters Against the Privatization of Power by Particular Groups (PMHAPP)
특정세력권력사유화방지 범국민운동본부(PMHAPP)는 권력이 특정 세력의 이익을 위하여 사유화되는 것을 방지하고, 민주주의의 기본 원칙과 공공성, 책임 있는 국가 운영의 중요성을 알리기 위하여 추진된 범국민 공익 프로젝트이다. The People's Movement Headquarters Against the Privatization of Power by Particular Groups (PMHAPP) was established as a nationwide public-interest initiative to raise awareness of the importance of preventing the privatization of public power for the benefit of particular groups and to uphold the fundamental principles of democracy, public value, and responsible governance.
PMHAPP는 특정 정당이나 정치세력을 지지하거나 반대하기 위한 조직이 아니라, 어떠한 시대와 정부에서도 권력이 특정 세력의 이익을 위하여 사유화되어서는 안 된다는 민주주의의 보편적 원칙을 바탕으로 출범하였다. PMHAPP was not established to support or oppose any particular political party or political group. Rather, it was founded upon the universal democratic principle that public power should never be appropriated for the benefit of particular interests, regardless of the government or political circumstances of the time.
