1. 개요 (Overview)

WF책임경영지수(WFSRI)의 110개 세부지표는 공공기관, 공기업, 지방공기업, 공공단체, 민간기업 및 기타 조직의 책임경영 수준과 지속가능성을 종합적으로 평가하기 위하여 개발된 평가체계이다.

The 110 Detailed Indicators of the WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI) have been developed to comprehensively evaluate the level of responsible management and sustainability of public institutions, state-owned enterprises, local public enterprises, public organizations, private corporations, and other entities.

WFSRI는 환경(Environment), 사회(Social), 거버넌스(Governance) 요소를 통합적으로 반영하며, 미래세대 보호와 사회적 가치 창출을 핵심 가치로 한다.
WFSRI integrates Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) factors while placing the protection of future generations and the creation of social value at the core of its evaluation philosophy.

WFSRI의 110개 세부지표는 조직의 정책, 제도, 운영체계, 성과관리 및 기타 이에 준하는 사항 등을 종합적으로 평가할 수 있도록 설계되었다.

The 110 Detailed Indicators of WFSRI are designed to comprehensively evaluate organizational policies, systems, operational frameworks, performance management activities, and other equivalent efforts.

 

 

 

2. WFSRI의 특징 (Features of WFSRI)

 

(1) ESG 통합 평가체계 (Integrated ESG Evaluation Framework)

WFSRI는 환경(Environment), 사회(Social), 거버넌스(Governance)를 통합적으로 평가하는 책임경영 평가체계이다.

WFSRI is a responsible management evaluation framework that comprehensively integrates Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) factors.

 

 

(2) 미래세대 중심 평가 (Future Generation-Oriented Evaluation)

WFSRI는 미래세대 보호와 지속가능한 발전을 핵심 가치로 반영하며, 환경·사회·경제적 지속가능성을 종합적으로 고려한다.

WFSRI places the protection of future generations and sustainable development at the center of its evaluation philosophy and considers environmental, social, and economic sustainability in an integrated manner.

 

 

(3) 사회적 가치 평가 (Social Value Evaluation)

WFSRI는 조직이 창출하는 사회적 가치와 공공성을 중요한 평가요소로 반영한다.

WFSRI incorporates social value creation and public value realization as key evaluation factors.

 

 

(4) 책임경영 중심 평가 (Responsible Management-Oriented Evaluation)

WFSRI는 단순한 성과평가를 넘어 책임 있는 경영활동과 지속가능한 운영체계 구축 여부를 평가한다.

WFSRI evaluates not only organizational performance but also responsible management practices and sustainable operational systems.

 

 

(5) 공공기관·기업 통합 적용 (Integrated Application to Public and Private Sectors)

WFSRI는 공공기관, 공기업, 지방공기업, 민간기업 및 기타 조직에 공통적으로 적용할 수 있도록 설계되었다.

WFSRI has been designed for application across public institutions, public enterprises, local public enterprises, private corporations, and other organizations.

 

 

(6) 핵심가치지표(CVI) 운영 (Core Value Indicators (CVI))

WFSRI는 책임경영, 사회적 가치, 이해관계자 가치 및 혁신성과를 중점적으로 평가하기 위하여 31개의 핵심가치지표(Core Value Indicators)를 운영한다.

WFSRI operates 31 Core Value Indicators (CVIs) to evaluate responsible management, social value, stakeholder value, and innovation performance.

 

 

 

3. 평가체계 구성 (Framework Structure)

 

WFSRI는 총 6개 평가부문(Category), 14개 하위항목(Sub-Category), 110개 세부지표(Detailed Indicator) 및 31개 핵심가치지표(Core Value Indicator)로 구성된다.

4. 평가원칙 (Evaluation Principles)

 

WFSRI의 세부지표는 조직의 정책, 제도, 운영체계, 성과관리 및 기타 이에 준하는 사항 등을 종합적으로 평가할 수 있도록 설계되었다.

The detailed indicators of WFSRI are designed to comprehensively evaluate organizational policies, systems, operational frameworks, performance management activities, and other equivalent efforts.

각 세부지표의 평가범위는 해당 지표명에 한정되지 않으며, 관련 정책, 사업, 프로그램, 운영체계, 지원활동 및 기타 이에 준하는 사항 등을 포함할 수 있다.

The scope of each indicator is not limited to its title and may include related policies, projects, programs, operational systems, support activities, and other equivalent efforts.

따라서 WFSRI는 현재의 110개 세부지표 체계를 유지하면서도 지속적인 사회변화와 정책환경 변화에 유연하게 대응할 수 있도록 설계되었다.

Accordingly, WFSRI has been designed to maintain the current 110-indicator framework while remaining adaptable to future social and policy developments.

 

 

 

5. 핵심가치지표(CVI) (Core Value Indicators (CVI))

 

핵심가치지표(Core Value Indicators)는 WFSRI가 추구하는 책임경영, 사회적 가치, 이해관계자 가치 및 혁신성과를 집중적으로 평가하기 위하여 선정된 핵심지표이다.

Core Value Indicators (CVIs) are key indicators selected to evaluate responsible management, social value, stakeholder value, and innovation performance, which represent the core philosophy of WFSRI.
