2-1. WFSRI의 정의
Definition of the WFSRI

 

WF책임경영지수(WFSRI)는 공공기관과 기업의 지속가능성, 책임경영, 공공성, 사회적 가치 창출 및 미래지향적 혁신역량을 종합적으로 평가하기 위하여 개발된 통합 평가체계이다.

The WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI) is an integrated evaluation framework developed to assess the sustainability, responsible management, public value, social value creation, and future-oriented innovation capabilities of public institutions and corporations.

WFSRI는 ESG(Environmental, Social and Governance)의 기본 철학을 기반으로 하면서도, 공기업평가위원회(SEC)가 추구하는 책임경영(Responsible Management), 공공성(Public Value), 사회적 가치(Social Value), 공동체 가치(Community Value), 혁신성(Innovation), 미래세대 보호(Future Generation Protection)의 개념을 함께 반영하여 설계되었다.

While grounded in the fundamental principles of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), the WFSRI incorporates the core values promoted by the Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission (SEC), including Responsible Management, Public Value, Social Value Creation, Community Value, Innovation, and Future Generation Protection.

본 지수는 조직의 현재 성과를 단순히 평가하는 데 그치지 않고 지속가능한 성장 가능성, 사회적 기여도, 혁신역량 및 책임 있는 경영수준을 종합적으로 진단하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

The purpose of the WFSRI is not merely to evaluate current organizational performance, but also to assess sustainable growth potential, social contribution, innovation capability, and responsible management practices in a comprehensive manner.

WFSRI는 총 6대 평가부문, 14개 하위항목, 110개 세부지표로 구성되며, 이 가운데 제080호부터 제110호까지의 31개 세부지표를 핵심가치지표(Core Value Indicators, CVI)로 운영한다.

The framework consists of six Evaluation Categories, fourteen Sub-Categories, and one hundred ten Detailed Indicators. Among them, Detailed Indicators No. 080 through No. 110 are designated as Core Value Indicators (CVI), comprising a total of thirty-one indicators.

공기업평가위원회(SEC)는 WFSRI를 통하여 공공기관과 기업이 지속가능성과 책임경영을 조직 운영의 핵심 가치로 내재화하도록 지원하며, 국제사회에서 활용 가능한 신뢰성 있는 평가기준을 구축하는 것을 비전으로 한다.

Through the WFSRI, the Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission (SEC) seeks to support public institutions and corporations in embedding sustainability and responsible management into their core operations while establishing a credible evaluation framework applicable at the international level.

 

 

 

2-3. 미션 (Mission)

 

공공기관과 기업의 지속가능한 성장과 사회적 가치 실현을 지원하고 책임경영 문화 확산에 기여한다.

WFSRI는 평가를 통하여 조직의 현재 수준을 진단하고 지속적인 개선과 혁신을 유도함으로써 지속가능한 발전과 사회적 가치 창출을 촉진하는 것을 사명으로 한다.

The mission of the WFSRI is to assess organizational performance, encourage continuous improvement and innovation, and promote sustainable development and social value creation through a structured evaluation framework.

WFSRI의 핵심목표는 다음과 같다.

WFSRI는 조직의 규모와 형태를 불문하고 지속가능성과 책임경영 수준을 평가할 수 있도록 설계된 범용 평가체계이다.
The WFSRI is designed as a universal framework capable of evaluating sustainability and responsible management regardless of organizational size or type.
