SEC는 데이터의 정확성, 객관성, 검증 가능성을 확보하고 정치적·경제적 이해관계로부터 독립된 평가체계를 운영함으로써 평가의 신뢰성과 활용 가치를 지속적으로 제고한다.

 

SEC enhances the credibility and practical value of evaluations by ensuring data accuracy, objectivity, and verifiability while maintaining an evaluation framework independent of political and economic interests.

 

또한 평가와 인증의 독립성을 확보하기 위하여 평가대상 기업 및 공공기관으로부터 평가비, 심사비, 인증비, 후원금, 협찬금 또는 기타 금전적 지원을 받지 않는 경제적 독립성(Financial Independence) 원칙을 유지한다.

 

SEC also maintains a principle of Financial Independence and does not accept evaluation fees, review fees, certification fees, sponsorships, promotional support, or any other financial assistance from evaluated corporations or public institutions.
