WFPL 기업·공공기관 ESG·WFSRI 평가는 SEC(Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission)가 자체 개발한 WF책임경영지수(WFSRI, WF Sustainable Responsibility Index)를 공식 평가기준으로 활용하여 실시하는 공식 책임경영 평가제도이다.

The WFPL ESG·WFSRI Evaluation for Corporations and Public Institutions is the official Responsible Management Evaluation Program conducted by the Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission (SEC) based on the WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI), independently developed by SEC as its official evaluation framework.

 

WF책임경영지수(WFSRI)는 기업 및 공공기관(Corporations and Public Institutions)의 지속가능한 성장(Sustainable Growth), 미래 성장 가능성(Future Growth Potential), 혁신역량(Innovation Capability), 장기 가치창출(Long-Term Value Creation) 및 책임경영(Responsible Management) 수준을 종합적으로 진단하고 지속적인 발전을 지원하기 위하여 개발된 통합 책임경영 평가체계이다.

The WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI) is an integrated Responsible Management Evaluation Framework developed to comprehensively assess Sustainable Growth, Future Growth Potential, Innovation Capability, Long-Term Value Creation, and Responsible Management performance while supporting the continuous advancement of corporations and public institutions.

 

본 평가는 단순히 조직의 현재 수준을 평가하기 위한 제도가 아니라 조직의 강점과 개선과제를 객관적으로 진단하고 미래 성장 가능성과 장기 경쟁력을 함께 분석하여 지속적인 혁신과 경쟁력 강화를 지원하는 발전지향형 책임경영 평가제도로 운영된다.

The evaluation is not merely intended to assess current organizational performance. It is a development-oriented Responsible Management Evaluation Program that objectively identifies strengths and opportunities for improvement while assessing future growth potential and long-term competitiveness to support continuous innovation and stronger competitiveness.

평가 개요

WFPL 기업·공공기관 ESG·WFSRI 평가는 WF책임경영지수(WFSRI)를 기반으로 운영되는 통합 책임경영 평가·분석 플랫폼이다.

The WFPL ESG·WFSRI Evaluation for Corporations and Public Institutions is an integrated Responsible Management Evaluation and Analysis Platform based on the WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI).

 

본 평가는 조직의 현재 수준을 평가하는 데 그치지 않고 미래 성장 가능성(Future Growth Potential), 혁신역량(Innovation Capability) 및 장기 가치창출(Long-Term Value Creation) 역량까지 함께 진단하여 지속적인 발전전략 수립을 지원하는 발전지향형 책임경영 평가체계로 운영된다.

The framework goes beyond evaluating current organizational performance by assessing Future Growth Potential, Innovation Capability, and Long-Term Value Creation while supporting long-term development strategies.

 

본 평가는 ESG의 기본 가치와 평가원칙을 포함함과 동시에 공공가치(Public Value), 사회적 가치(Social Value), 공동체 가치(Community Value), 미래세대 보호(Protection of Future Generations), 디지털윤리(Digital Ethics) 및 혁신가치(Innovation Value)를 함께 반영하는 확장형 책임경영 평가체계로 운영된다.

The evaluation framework incorporates Public Value, Social Value, Community Value, Protection of Future Generations, Digital Ethics, and Innovation Value in addition to the fundamental principles of ESG.

기업 부문은 코스피 및 코스닥 상장기업을 중심으로 평가하며, 공공기관 부문은 기관 유형별 특성을 고려하여 평가한다.

The corporate sector focuses primarily on KOSPI and KOSDAQ listed companies, while public institutions are evaluated according to their organizational characteristics.

 

 

평가체계
Evaluation Framework

 

WF책임경영지수(WFSRI)는 6대 평가부문(Six Major Evaluation Categories), 14개 하위항목(Fourteen Sub-Categories), 110개 세부지표(110 Detailed Indicators) 및 31개 핵심가치지표(Core Value Indicators, CVI)로 구성된 책임경영 평가체계이다.

The WFSRI consists of Six Major Evaluation Categories, Fourteen Sub-Categories, 110 Detailed Indicators, and 31 Core Value Indicators (CVI).

 

SEC는 ESG와 함께 책임경영, 공공가치, 사회적 가치, 공동체 가치, 미래세대 보호, 디지털윤리 및 혁신가치를 종합적으로 평가한다.

SEC comprehensively evaluates ESG together with Responsible Management, Public Value, Social Value, Community Value, Protection of Future Generations, Digital Ethics, and Innovation Value.

평가는 WFSRI 평가체계에 따라 수행된다.

Evaluations are conducted in accordance with the WFSRI framework.

 

평가는 조직의 현재 수준을 확인하는 데 그치지 않고 미래 성장 가능성, 혁신역량 및 장기 가치창출 역량까지 함께 분석하여 지속적인 발전과 경쟁력 향상을 지원한다.

Evaluations go beyond assessing current organizational performance by analyzing Future Growth Potential, Innovation Capability, and Long-Term Value Creation to support continuous development and stronger competitiveness.

 

평가 시 정책 및 제도, 운영체계, 조직역량, 실행성과, 개선활동, 검증자료, 공시자료, 재무·회계 정보 및 사회적 가치 창출 성과 등을 종합적으로 검토한다.

Evaluation considers policies, governance systems, operational frameworks, organizational capability, implementation outcomes, improvement activities, verification evidence, disclosure information, financial and accounting information, and social value creation outcomes.

평가의 독립성
Evaluation Independence

 

SEC는 평가의 독립성과 신뢰성을 확보하기 위하여 평가대상 기관의 신청 여부와 관계없이 평가를 실시할 수 있으며, 평가결과는 정치적·경제적 이해관계 및 외부의 부당한 영향으로부터 독립적으로 결정된다.

SEC may conduct evaluations regardless of whether an organization applies for assessment, and all evaluation results are determined independently of political, economic, or other improper external influence.

 

SEC는 평가결과에 영향을 줄 수 있는 평가비, 심사비, 인증비, 후원금, 협찬금, 기부금 또는 기타 경제적 지원을 받지 않는다.

SEC does not accept evaluation fees, review fees, certification fees, sponsorships, donations, or any other financial support that may influence evaluation outcomes.

 

 

사실확인 및 이의신청
Factual Review and Appeal

 

SEC는 평가의 정확성과 공정성을 확보하기 위하여 사실확인(Factual Review) 및 이의신청(Appeal) 절차를 운영할 수 있다.

SEC operates Factual Review and Appeal procedures to ensure the accuracy and fairness of evaluations.

 

평가대상 기관은 평가결과 확정 전에 사실확인 절차를 통하여 객관적 오류 여부를 검토할 수 있으며 관련 규정에 따라 이의신청을 제기할 수 있다.

Organizations may review objective factual errors prior to finalization and submit appeals in accordance with applicable regulations.

 

 

SEC WFSRI Rating

 

SEC WFSRI Rating은 WF책임경영지수(WFSRI)를 기반으로 운영되는 공식 책임경영 평가등급 체계이다.

The SEC WFSRI Rating is the official Responsible Management Rating Framework based on the WFSRI.

 

평가등급은 AAA(Platinum), AA(Gold), A(Silver), BB(Certified), B(Not Certified)의 5단계로 구성된다.

The framework consists of five rating levels: AAA (Platinum), AA (Gold), A (Silver), BB (Certified), and B (Not Certified).

 

SEC WFSRI Rating은 조직 간 단순한 순위를 매기기 위한 제도가 아니라 기업 및 공공기관의 지속적인 혁신과 경쟁력 향상, 장기 가치창출 및 책임경영 수준 향상을 지원하기 위한 발전지향형 책임경영 평가등급 체계이다.

The SEC WFSRI Rating is not designed merely to rank organizations. It is a development-oriented Responsible Management Rating Framework that supports continuous innovation, stronger competitiveness, long-term value creation, and higher Responsible Management performance.

 

평가결과에 따라 등급별 인증마크가 부여될 수 있으며 인증제도와 연계하여 운영된다.

Certification Marks may be granted according to rating levels and operated in conjunction with the Certification Program.

또한 투자자(Investors), 주주(Shareholders), 고객(Customers), 임직원(Employees) 및 다양한 이해관계자(Stakeholders)의 합리적인 의사결정을 지원하고 기업가치(Corporate Value), 주주가치(Shareholder Value) 및 이해관계자 가치(Stakeholder Value)를 높이는 객관적인 참고자료로 활용된다.

The results also support informed decision-making by Investors, Shareholders, Customers, Employees, and other Stakeholders while serving as an objective reference for enhancing Corporate Value, Shareholder Value, and Stakeholder Value.

 

SEC는 평가결과를 기반으로 ESG·WFSRI 평가분석센터를 통하여 산업별 분석자료, 비교분석자료, 책임경영 프로파일 및 연구자료를 제공할 수 있다.

Based on evaluation results, SEC may provide industry analyses, comparative reports, Responsible Management profiles, and research resources through the ESG·WFSRI Evaluation & Analysis Center.

평가결과는 SEC 및 WFPL 공식 홈페이지와 보도자료 등을 통하여 공개될 수 있다.

Evaluation results may be disclosed through the official SEC and WFPL websites and through press releases.

 

SEC는 SEC WFSRI Rating 체계를 기반으로 기업 및 공공기관의 책임경영 수준에 대한 평가결과를 단계적으로 발표할 수 있다.

SEC may progressively disclose evaluation results concerning the Responsible Management performance of corporations and public institutions based on the SEC WFSRI Rating framework.
