SEC(Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission)는 평가의 공정성(Fairness), 객관성(Objectivity), 독립성(Independence), 전문성(Professionalism), 투명성(Transparency), 책임성(Accountability) 및 데이터 신뢰성(Data Reliability)을 확보하기 위하여 운영원칙, 평가체계, 평가방법론 및 주요 제도를 공개하고 있다.

The Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission (SEC) publicly discloses its operating principles, evaluation framework, methodologies, and major systems to ensure fairness, objectivity, independence, professionalism, transparency, accountability, and data reliability.

SEC는 기업 및 공공기관에 대한 평가를 수행함에 있어 어떠한 부당한 외부 영향도 배제하며, 투자자와 이해관계자의 신뢰 확보를 위하여 책임 있는 정보공개를 실천하고 있다.

In conducting evaluations of corporations and public institutions, SEC excludes any improper external influence and practices responsible information disclosure to strengthen the confidence of investors and stakeholders.

SEC는 WF책임경영지수(WFSRI)를 기반으로 운영되는 평가체계와 관련 제도를 공개함으로써 평가의 예측가능성과 활용 가치를 높이고, 투자자와 이해관계자의 합리적 의사결정을 지원하고자 한다.

By disclosing its evaluation framework and related systems based on the WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI), SEC seeks to enhance transparency, predictability, and practical value while supporting informed decision-making by investors and stakeholders.

운영원칙
Operating Principles

SEC는 다음과 같은 원칙에 따라 운영된다.

The SEC operates in accordance with the following principles.

① 공정성 (Fairness)

모든 평가대상 기관에 동일한 평가기준과 절차를 적용한다.

The same evaluation standards and procedures are applied to all evaluated organizations.

② 객관성 (Objectivity)

객관적인 자료와 검증 가능한 근거를 기반으로 평가를 수행한다.

Evaluations are conducted on the basis of objective information and verifiable evidence.

③ 독립성 (Independence)

정치적·경제적 이해관계로부터 독립된 평가체계를 유지한다.

SEC maintains an evaluation framework independent from political and economic interests.

④ 전문성 (Professionalism)

전문적인 평가기준과 연구역량을 바탕으로 평가를 수행한다.

Evaluations are conducted based on professional standards and research capabilities.

⑤ 투명성 (Transparency)

평가기준과 운영원칙을 공개하여 평가의 신뢰성을 확보한다.

평가결과와 운영과정에 대한 사회적 책임을 성실히 이행한다.

경제적 독립성
Financial Independence

SEC는 평가와 인증의 독립성을 확보하기 위하여 평가대상 기관 또는 기업으로부터 평가비, 심사비, 인증비, 후원금, 협찬금, 기부금 또는 기타 명목의 경제적 지원을 받지 않는다.

To ensure the independence of evaluation and certification activities, SEC does not accept evaluation fees, review fees, certification fees, sponsorships, donations, contributions, or any other form of financial support.

평가결과와 인증결정은 오직 평가기준, 검증자료 및 객관적 분석에 따라 이루어진다.

Evaluation results and certification decisions are based solely on evaluation standards, verified evidence, and objective analysis.

SEC WFSRI Rating

SEC WFSRI Rating은 SEC가 운영하는 WF책임경영지수(WFSRI)를 기반으로 기업 및 공공기관의 지속가능성, 책임경영 수준, 사회적 가치 창출 성과 및 미래 대응 역량을 종합적으로 평가하여 부여하는 공식 책임경영 평가등급 체계이다.

SEC WFSRI Rating is the official responsible management rating system based on the WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI).

등급은 다음과 같이 운영된다.

The rating system consists of the following levels.

• AAA (Platinum Rating)

• AA (Gold Rating)

• A (Silver Rating)

• BB (Certified Rating)

• B (Not Certified)

평가결과에 따라 등급별 인증마크가 부여되며 관련 운영기준과 활용기준은 별도로 공개한다.

Certification marks are granted according to rating levels, and detailed operating standards are separately disclosed.
