7-1. 활용방안 개요 (Overview of Applications)

 

WF책임경영지수(WFSRI)는 공공기관과 기업의 지속가능성, 책임경영, 공공성 및 사회적 가치 실현 수준을 종합적으로 평가하기 위하여 개발된 통합 평가체계이다.

The WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI) is an integrated evaluation framework developed to assess sustainability, responsible management, public value, and social value creation among public institutions and corporations.

WFSRI는 단순한 평가도구에 머무르지 않고 조직의 지속적인 개선과 혁신을 유도하는 발전지향적 관리체계로 활용될 수 있다. 또한 공공기관 평가, 기업 평가, 인증제도 운영, 정책 수립, 연구 및 교육 등 다양한 분야에서 활용이 가능하다.

Beyond serving as an evaluation tool, the WFSRI functions as a development-oriented management framework that promotes continuous improvement and innovation. It can be utilized in public institution assessments, corporate evaluations, certification programs, policy development, research, and education.

공기업평가위원회(SEC)는 WFSRI를 통하여 조직의 지속가능성과 책임경영 수준을 객관적으로 진단하고, 사회적 가치 창출과 미래세대 보호를 촉진하는 데 기여하고자 한다.

Through the WFSRI, the Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission (SEC) seeks to objectively evaluate organizational sustainability and responsible management while promoting social value creation and future-generation stewardship.

 

 

7-2. 공공기관 평가 활용 (Application in Public Institution Evaluation)

 

WFSRI는 공공기관의 공공성, 책임성, 지속가능성 및 사회적 가치 실현 수준을 종합적으로 평가하는 기준으로 활용될 수 있다.

The WFSRI can be used as a comprehensive framework for evaluating public value, accountability, sustainability, and social value creation within public institutions.

특히 공공기관의 ESG 경영, 공공가치 창출, 윤리경영, 지역사회 기여 및 미래세대 보호 활동을 체계적으로 평가할 수 있으며, 기관 운영의 개선과 혁신을 유도하는 관리도구로 활용될 수 있다.

기업은 WFSRI를 활용하여 ESG 경영 수준과 책임경영 체계를 종합적으로 진단할 수 있다.

특히 지속가능경영, 이해관계자 보호, 윤리경영, 혁신성과 및 사회적 가치 창출 수준을 평가함으로써 장기적인 경쟁력 확보와 기업가치 제고에 활용할 수 있다.

따라서 기존 ESG 평가를 보완하고 보다 종합적인 지속가능성 평가체계를 구축하는 데 활용될 수 있다.

WFSRI는 공기업평가위원회(SEC)가 운영하는 각종 인증제도의 평가기준으로 활용될 수 있다.

평가결과를 바탕으로 우수기관 및 우수기업을 선정하고 인증을 부여함으로써 지속가능성과 책임경영 문화 확산을 촉진할 수 있다.
