제Ⅷ장 윤리·독립성 및 중립성
CHAPTER VIII. ETHICS, INDEPENDENCE AND NEUTRALITY

 

제24조(정치적 중립)
Article 24 (Political Neutrality)

공기업평가위원회(SEC)는 특정 정당, 정치세력 또는 정치적 이해관계에 영향을 받지 아니하며 정치적 중립성을 유지하여야 한다.

The SEC shall maintain political neutrality and shall not be influenced by any political party, political group, or political interest.

 

제25조(독립성)
Article 25 (Institutional Independence)

 

공기업평가위원회(SEC)는 평가 수행에 있어 독립성을 유지하여야 하며 외부의 부당한 간섭을 받지 아니한다.

The SEC shall maintain independence in conducting evaluations and shall not be subject to improper external interference.

 

평가위원은 객관성과 공정성을 유지하여야 한다.

Evaluators shall maintain objectivity and fairness in the performance of their duties.

 

제26조(부당한 영향의 배제)
Article 26 (Prohibition of Improper Influence)

어떠한 기관 또는 개인도 평가결과에 부당한 영향을 미치기 위한 행위를 하여서는 아니 된다.

No organization or individual shall engage in conduct intended to improperly influence evaluation results.

공기업평가위원회(SEC)는 평가의 독립성과 공정성을 훼손하는 행위에 대하여 필요한 조치를 취할 수 있다.

The SEC may take appropriate measures against any conduct that undermines the independence and fairness of the Evaluation.

 

제27조(비밀유지)
Article 27 (Confidentiality)

 

평가위원 및 평가업무에 종사하는 자는 직무상 알게 된 비공개 정보를 정당한 사유 없이 누설하거나 부당하게 이용하여서는 아니 된다.

Evaluators and persons engaged in evaluation-related duties shall not disclose or improperly use confidential information obtained in the course of their duties without legitimate justification.

 

공기업평가위원회(SEC)는 평가자료와 관련된 비밀을 보호하기 위하여 필요한 조치를 취할 수 있다.

The SEC may take necessary measures to protect confidential information related to evaluation materials.
