WF책임경영지수(WFSRI) 백서는 SEC(Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission)가 개발·운영하는 WF책임경영지수(WFSRI)의 평가철학, 평가체계, 핵심가치 및 활용방향을 종합적으로 설명하기 위하여 작성된 공식 기준문서이자 책임경영 평가체계에 대한 이해를 돕기 위한 대표 안내서이다.

The White Paper on the WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI) is the official reference document published by the Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission (SEC) to comprehensively present the evaluation philosophy, framework, core values, and practical applications of the WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI). It also serves as the principal guide for understanding the WFSRI responsible management evaluation framework.

WF책임경영지수(WFSRI)는 기업 및 공공기관(Corporations and Public Institutions)의 지속가능성(Sustainability), 책임경영(Responsible Management), 비재무 리스크 관리역량(Non-Financial Risk Management Capability), 혁신역량(Innovation Capability) 및 장기 가치창출 역량(Long-Term Value Creation Potential)을 종합적으로 평가하기 위하여 개발된 통합 책임경영 평가체계이다.

The WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI) is an integrated Responsible Management Evaluation Framework developed to comprehensively assess the Sustainability, Responsible Management Performance, Non-Financial Risk Management Capability, Innovation Capability, and Long-Term Value Creation Potential of Corporations and Public Institutions.

 

WFSRI는 기존 ESG(Environment, Social, Governance) 평가체계만으로는 충분히 반영하기 어려운 현대 사회의 새로운 책임경영 요구를 종합적으로 평가하기 위하여 개발된 차세대 책임경영 평가체계이다. ESG의 기본 영역을 넘어 공공가치(Public Value), 사회적 가치(Social Value), 공동체 가치(Community Value), 미래세대 보호(Protection of Future Generations), 디지털윤리(Digital Ethics) 및 혁신가치(Innovation Value), 미래 성장역량을 함께 반영함으로써 기업 및 공공기관의 지속가능성, 책임경영 수준, 비재무 리스크 관리역량, 혁신역량 및 장기 가치창출 역량을 보다 입체적이고 미래지향적으로 평가한다.

The WFSRI is a next-generation Responsible Management Evaluation Framework developed to address the evolving responsible management challenges of modern society that are difficult to fully capture through conventional ESG (Environment, Social, Governance) frameworks alone. Going beyond the traditional ESG domains, it incorporates Public Value, Social Value, Community Value, Protection of Future Generations, Digital Ethics, Innovation Value, and Future Growth Capability to provide a more comprehensive and forward-looking assessment of the Sustainability, Responsible Management Performance, Non-Financial Risk Management Capability, Innovation Capability, and Long-Term Value Creation Potential of Corporations and Public Institutions.

 

 

평가체계의 구성

Structure of the Evaluation Framework

 

본 평가체계는 6대 평가부문(Six Major Evaluation Categories), 14개 하위항목(Fourteen Sub-Categories), 110개 세부지표(110 Detailed Indicators) 및 31개 핵심가치지표(CVI, Core Value Indicators)로 구성되어 있으며, 기업 및 공공기관의 책임경영 수준과 지속가능한 성장 역량을 종합적으로 평가할 수 있도록 설계되어 있다.

The framework consists of Six Major Evaluation Categories, Fourteen Sub-Categories, 110 Detailed Indicators, and 31 Core Value Indicators (CVI), providing a comprehensive structure for assessing the responsible management performance and sustainable growth capability of corporations and public institutions.

본 백서는 WF책임경영지수(WFSRI)에 대한 이해를 돕기 위한 공식 기준문서로서 평가철학, 평가체계, 핵심가치지표(CVI), 활용방안 및 기대효과를 종합적으로 설명한다.

This White Paper serves as the official reference document for understanding the WFSRI by comprehensively explaining its evaluation philosophy, framework, Core Value Indicators (CVI), applications, and expected benefits.

 

세부적인 평가지표, 평가방법론, 증빙자료, 심사 착안사항 및 평가 운영기준은 별도의 「WFSRI 평가지표 해설서(Guidelines for WFSRI Detailed Indicators)」와 관련 규정을 통하여 관리된다.

Detailed evaluation indicators, methodologies, supporting evidence requirements, assessment considerations, and operational standards are governed separately through the Guidelines for WFSRI Detailed Indicators and other related SEC regulations.
