CHAPTER V. EVALUATION RESULTS

 

제15조(평가등급)
Article 15 (Evaluation Ratings)

평가등급의 구체적인 체계 및 운영기준은 공기업평가위원회(SEC)가 별도로 정한다.

The detailed rating system and operational standards shall be separately determined by the SEC.

 

평가등급의 세부기준 및 운영방법은 별도로 정할 수 있다.

Detailed criteria and operational methods for evaluation ratings may be established separately.

 

 

제16조(결과확정)
Article 16 (Confirmation of Results)

평가결과는 공기업평가위원회(SEC)의 심의·의결을 거쳐 확정한다.

Evaluation results shall be confirmed through deliberation and resolution by the SEC.

 

제17조(결과공개)
Article 17 (Publication of Results)

공기업평가위원회(SEC)는 평가결과를 홈페이지, 보고서, 언론발표 및 기타 적절한 방법으로 공개할 수 있다.

The SEC may publish evaluation results through its website, reports, media announcements, and other appropriate means.

 

평가결과의 공개범위와 방법은 공기업평가위원회(SEC)가 별도로 정한다.

The scope and method of publication shall be determined separately by the SEC.
