제Ⅲ장 평가대상 및 평가체계
CHAPTER III. SUBJECT ORGANIZATIONS AND EVALUATION FRAMEWORK

 

제7조(평가대상)
Article 7 (Subject Organizations)

평가대상은 다음 각 호와 같다.
The following organizations shall be eligible for evaluation:

 

① 공공기관
Public Institutions

② 공기업 및 지방공기업
Public Enterprises and Local Public Enterprises

③ 민간기업
Private Corporations

④ 공공단체 및 비영리기관
Public Organizations and Non-Profit Organizations

⑤ 기타 공기업평가위원회(SEC)가 필요하다고 인정하는 기관
Any other organization deemed necessary by the SEC

 

공기업평가위원회(SEC)는 평가의 공익성, 사회적 영향력, 책임경영 수준, 평가 필요성 및 기타 제반 사정을 종합적으로 고려하여 평가대상기관을 선정할 수 있으며, 해당 기관의 평가 신청 여부와 관계없이 평가를 실시할 수 있다.

The SEC may select subject organizations after comprehensively considering public interest, social impact, the level of responsible management, evaluation necessity, and other relevant circumstances, and may conduct evaluations regardless of whether an organization has formally applied for evaluation.

 

제8조(평가체계)
Article 8 (Evaluation Framework)

평가는 공기업평가위원회(SEC)가 개발·운영하는 WF책임경영지수(WFSRI)를 기반으로 실시한다.

The Evaluation shall be conducted based on the WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI) developed and administered by the SEC.

WFSRI는 ESG 가치와 책임경영 원칙을 기반으로 인권(Human Rights), 디지털윤리(Digital Ethics), 공동체가치(Community Value) 및 미래세대 보호(Future Generations Protection)를 통합적으로 반영하는 확장형 책임경영 평가체계이다.

또한 WFSRI는 ESG를 기반으로 하되 ESG를 넘어서는 통합적 책임경영 평가체계를 지향한다.

The WFSRI is an expanded responsible management framework that goes beyond traditional ESG assessment and pursues an integrated responsible management evaluation model.

WFSRI는 ESG(Environment, Social, Governance) 가치와 책임경영 원칙을 기반으로 인권(Human Rights), 디지털윤리(Digital Ethics), 공동체가치(Community Value), 미래세대 보호(Future Generations Protection)를 통합적으로 반영하는 확장형 책임경영 평가체계이다.

The WFSRI is an expanded responsible management evaluation framework integrating ESG values and responsible management principles with Human Rights, Digital Ethics, Community Value, and Future Generations Protection.

 

제9조(평가체계 표기 원칙)
Article 9 (Evaluation Framework Notation System)

공기업평가위원회(SEC)는 WF책임경영지수(WFSRI)의 평가체계를 체계적이고 일관성 있게 운영하기 위하여 다음의 표기체계를 적용한다.

For the systematic and consistent operation of the WFSRI, the SEC shall apply the following notation system:

① 평가부문(Category)
I ~ VI

② 하위항목(Sub-Category)
1 ~ 14

③ 세부지표(Detailed Indicator)

제10조(평가자료)
Article 10 (Evaluation Materials)

공기업평가위원회(SEC)는 다음 각 호의 자료를 평가에 활용할 수 있다.

The SEC may utilize the following materials for evaluation purposes:

ESG Reports

② 지속가능경영보고서
Sustainability Reports

③ 사업보고서
Business Reports

④ 공시자료
Disclosure Materials

⑤ 정부 및 공공기관 자료
Government and Public Institution Materials

⑥ 언론보도
Media Reports

⑦ 사회공헌 및 사회적 가치 관련 자료
Social Contribution and Social Value Materials

⑧ 재무제표 및 회계 관련 자료
Financial Statements and Accounting Materials

⑨ 내부통제 및 감사 관련 자료
Internal Control and Audit Materials

⑩ 디지털윤리 및 정보보안 관련 자료
Digital Ethics and Information Security Materials

⑪ 기타 객관적으로 검증 가능한 자료
Any Other Objectively Verifiable Materials
