개요
Overview
WF책임경영지수(WFSRI)는 SEC(Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission)가 개발·운영하는 공식 책임경영 평가체계로서, 기업 및 공공기관(Corporations and Public Institutions)의 지속가능성(Sustainability), 책임경영(Responsible Management), 비재무 리스크 관리역량(Non-Financial Risk Management Capability), 혁신역량(Innovation Capability) 및 장기 가치창출 역량(Long-Term Value Creation Potential)을 종합적으로 평가하기 위하여 개발되었다.
The WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI) is the official Responsible Management Evaluation Framework developed and operated by the Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission (SEC). It has been developed to comprehensively assess the Sustainability, Responsible Management, Non-Financial Risk Management Capability, Innovation Capability, and Long-Term Value Creation Potential of Corporations and Public Institutions.
WFSRI는 기존 ESG(Environment, Social, Governance)의 기본 가치와 평가원칙을 기반으로 하면서도, 책임경영(Responsible Management), 공공가치(Public Value), 사회적 가치(Social Value), 공동체 가치(Community Value), 미래세대 보호(Protection of Future Generations), 디지털윤리(Digital Ethics) 및 혁신가치(Innovation Value)를 함께 반영한 차세대 확장형 책임경영 평가체계이다.
The WFSRI is a next-generation expanded Responsible Management Evaluation Framework that builds upon the core values and evaluation principles of ESG while incorporating Responsible Management, Public Value, Social Value, Community Value, Protection of Future Generations, Digital Ethics, and Innovation Value.

WF책임경영지수(WFSRI)는 동일한 평가철학과 기본 평가체계를 기반으로 운영되지만, 기업과 공공기관의 역할과 기능 및 운영환경의 차이를 고려하여 평가대상의 특성에 적합한 기준과 방법을 적용한다.
The WFSRI is operated under a common evaluation philosophy and framework while applying evaluation criteria and methodologies appropriate to the characteristics of each organization, taking into account differences in roles, functions, and operating environments between corporations and public institutions.

Core Value Indicators (CVI)
핵심가치지표(Core Value Indicators)는 WF책임경영지수(WFSRI)가 추구하는 핵심 철학과 가치를 중점적으로 반영하기 위하여 구성된 핵심 평가요소이다.
Core Value Indicators (CVI) are key evaluation components designed to reflect the fundamental philosophy and core values of the WFSRI.
WFSRI는 총 31개의 핵심가치지표(Core Value Indicators, CVI)를 운영하며, 책임경영(Responsible Management), 공공가치(Public Value), 사회적 가치(Social Value), 공동체 가치(Community Value), 미래세대 보호(Protection of Future Generations), 디지털윤리(Digital Ethics) 및 혁신가치(Innovation Value) 등 WFSRI의 핵심 가치를 종합적으로 평가하도록 설계되어 있다.
The WFSRI incorporates a total of 31 Core Value Indicators (CVI), designed to comprehensively evaluate the core values of the WFSRI, including Responsible Management, Public Value, Social Value, Community Value, Protection of Future Generations, Digital Ethics, and Innovation Value.

The Core Value Indicators (CVI) faithfully embody the evaluation philosophy of the WFSRI and strengthen the distinctiveness and future-oriented nature of the SEC WFSRI Rating.

Evidence-Based Evaluation
WFSRI는 객관적으로 확인 가능한 자료와 다양한 공개정보를 기반으로 조직의 정책, 제도, 운영체계, 실행성과 및 지속적인 개선 노력을 종합적으로 평가하는 것을 기본 원칙으로 한다.
The WFSRI adopts an Evidence-Based Evaluation approach, comprehensively assessing organizational policies, institutional arrangements, operational systems, implementation performance, and continuous improvement efforts based on objectively verifiable information.

The 110 Detailed Indicators and 31 Core Value Indicators (CVI) constitute the core components of the WFSRI Framework and serve as the foundation for the SEC WFSRI Rating, the ESG·WFSRI Evaluation & Analysis Center, and the WFPL ESG Certification System.
평가원칙
Evaluation Principles
WFSRI의 세부지표는 조직의 정책, 제도, 운영체계, 실행성과 및 지속적인 개선 노력을 종합적으로 평가할 수 있도록 설계되어 있다.
The Detailed Indicators of the WFSRI are designed to comprehensively evaluate organizational policies, institutional arrangements, operational systems, implementation performance, and continuous improvement efforts.
각 세부지표는 해당 지표명에 한정되지 않으며, 관련 정책, 사업, 프로그램, 운영체계 및 이에 준하는 활동을 종합적으로 고려할 수 있다.
The scope of each indicator is not limited to its title and may encompass related policies, programs, operational systems, and comparable organizational activities.
