1. 개요 (Overview)

 

 

WF책임경영지수(WFSRI)의 110개 세부지표는 기업 및 공공기관의 지속가능성, 책임경영 수준, 재무건전성, 비재무 리스크 관리역량, 혁신역량 및 사회적 가치 창출 수준을 종합적으로 평가하기 위하여 개발된 평가체계이다.

 

The 110 Detailed Indicators of the WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI) have been developed to comprehensively evaluate the sustainability, responsible management performance, financial soundness, non-financial risk management capabilities, innovation capacity, and social value creation of corporations and public institutions.

 

WFSRI는 ESG(Environment, Social, Governance)를 기반으로 책임경영(Responsible Management), 공공가치(Public Value), 사회적 가치(Social Value), 공동체 가치(Community Value), 미래세대 보호(Protection of Future Generations), 디지털윤리(Digital Ethics), 혁신(Innovation), 재무건전성(Financial Soundness) 및 비재무 리스크 관리(Non-Financial Risk Management)를 통합적으로 반영하는 확장형 책임경영 평가체계이다.

 

The WFSRI is an expanded responsible management evaluation framework that integrates ESG factors together with Responsible Management, Public Value, Social Value, Community Value, Protection of Future Generations, Digital Ethics, Innovation, Financial Soundness, and Non-Financial Risk Management.

 

 

2. WFSRI의 특징

WFSRI는 ESG(Environment, Social, Governance)를 기반으로 책임경영, 공공가치, 사회적 가치, 공동체 가치, 미래세대 보호, 디지털윤리, 혁신 및 재무건전성을 종합적으로 반영하는 확장형 책임경영 평가체계이다.

(5) 기업·공공기관 적용 평가체계
Evaluation Framework for Corporations and Public Institutions

 

WFSRI는 기업과 공공기관의 특성과 운영환경의 차이를 고려하여 각각의 평가목적과 특성에 맞게 적용할 수 있도록 설계된 책임경영 평가체계이다.

 

WFSRI is designed to be applied to corporations and public institutions while taking into account their respective characteristics, operational environments, and evaluation objectives.

 

기업 부문에서는 코스피(KOSPI) 및 코스닥(KOSDAQ) 상장기업 등을 대상으로 평가를 실시하며, 공공기관 부문에서는 기관 유형별 특성을 고려한 평가를 실시한다.

 

For the corporate sector, evaluations may be conducted for KOSPI and KOSDAQ listed companies, while for the public sector, evaluations are conducted with consideration of the characteristics of each institution type.

WFSRI는 책임경영, 공공가치, 사회적 가치, 공동체 가치, 이해관계자 보호, 혁신성과 및 지속가능성을 중점적으로 평가하기 위하여 31개의 핵심가치지표(Core Value Indicators)를 운영한다.

 

WFSRI operates 31 Core Value Indicators (CVIs) to evaluate responsible management, public value, social value, community value, stakeholder protection, innovation performance, and sustainability.

 

 

(7) 재무건전성과 책임경영의 균형 평가
Balanced Evaluation of Financial Soundness and Responsible Management

 

WFSRI는 재무건전성, 회계 투명성, 내부통제, 리스크 관리 및 책임경영 수준을 종합적으로 평가함으로써 조직의 지속가능한 성장 역량과 경영 건전성을 함께 진단한다.

 

WFSRI comprehensively evaluates financial soundness, accounting transparency, internal controls, risk management, and responsible management performance to assess organizational sustainability and management resilience.

4. 평가원칙
Evaluation Principles

 

 

WFSRI의 세부지표는 조직의 정책, 제도, 운영체계, 성과관리 및 기타 이에 준하는 사항 등을 종합적으로 평가할 수 있도록 설계되었다.

 

The detailed indicators of WFSRI are designed to comprehensively evaluate organizational policies, systems, operational frameworks, performance management activities, and other equivalent efforts.

 

각 세부지표의 평가범위는 해당 지표명에 한정되지 않으며 관련 정책, 사업, 프로그램, 운영체계, 지원활동 및 기타 이에 준하는 사항 등을 포함할 수 있다.

 

The scope of each indicator is not limited to its title and may include related policies, projects, programs, operational systems, support activities, and other equivalent efforts.

핵심가치지표(Core Value Indicators)는 WFSRI가 추구하는 책임경영, 공공가치, 사회적 가치, 공동체 가치, 이해관계자 보호, 혁신성과 및 지속가능성을 집중적으로 평가하기 위하여 선정된 핵심지표이다.
