CHAPTER VI. CERTIFICATION AND POST-EVALUATION MANAGEMENT

 

제18조(인증)
Article 18 (Certification)

공기업평가위원회(SEC)는 평가결과에 따라 인증, 표창 및 수상을 부여할 수 있다.

The Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission (SEC) may grant certifications, commendations, and awards based on evaluation results.

인증은 기관인증, 우수기관 인증, 책임경영 인증, 특별인증 및 기타 공기업평가위원회(SEC)가 정하는 인증으로 구분할 수 있다.

Certifications may be classified as Institutional Certification, Excellence Certification, Responsible Management Certification, Special Certification, and other certifications determined by the SEC.

 

인증의 종류, 부여기준, 유효기간 및 운영방법은 공기업평가위원회(SEC)가 별도로 정할 수 있다.

The types, eligibility criteria, validity periods, and operational procedures of certifications may be determined separately by the SEC.

 

 

제19조(인증 유효기간)
Article 19 (Validity of Certification)

인증의 유효기간은 공기업평가위원회(SEC)가 정한다.

The validity period of certifications shall be determined by the SEC.

공기업평가위원회(SEC)는 필요하다고 인정하는 경우 인증의 유효기간을 연장하거나 조정할 수 있다.

The SEC may extend or adjust certification validity periods where deemed necessary.

 

제20조(인증취소)
Article 20 (Revocation of Certification)

공기업평가위원회(SEC)는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우 인증을 취소할 수 있다.

The SEC may revoke certifications in any of the following cases:

 

① 허위 또는 부정한 방법으로 인증을 받은 경우
Where certification was obtained through false or improper means

② 중대한 법령 위반 또는 사회적 물의를 야기한 경우
Where significant legal violations or social controversies have occurred

③ 기타 인증 유지가 부적절하다고 인정되는 경우
Where continued certification is deemed inappropriate for other reasons

인증취소에 관한 세부절차는 공기업평가위원회(SEC)가 별도로 정한다.
Detailed procedures regarding certification revocation shall be determined separately by the SEC.
