Organizational Structure and Operational Framework

 

 

 

SEC(Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission)는 세계청년리더총연맹(WFPL)이 설립한 기업·공공기관 평가전문기관으로서, 평가의 독립성, 전문성, 객관성 및 공정성을 확보하기 위한 체계적인 조직 및 운영체계를 구축하여 운영하고 있다.

The Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission (SEC) is a specialized evaluation institution for corporations and public institutions established by the World Federation of Power Leaders (WFPL). SEC maintains a systematic organizational and operational framework designed to ensure independence, professionalism, objectivity, and fairness throughout all evaluation activities.

 

SEC의 조직은 평가정책 수립, 평가기준 개발, 평가 수행, 평가결과 심의, 평가등급 운영 및 인증제도 운영 등이 상호 유기적으로 연계될 수 있도록 구성되어 있으며, 각 기능은 독립성과 책임성을 기반으로 운영된다.

The organizational structure of SEC is designed to ensure effective coordination among evaluation policy development, evaluation framework development, assessment implementation, review of evaluation results, operation of the SEC WFSRI Rating, and certification programs. Each function operates independently while maintaining accountability.

 

평가의 공정성과 신뢰성을 확보하기 위하여 평가위원회는 독립적인 심의기구로 운영되며, 평가기준의 적용, 평가결과의 검토 및 평가등급의 확정 등에 관한 사항을 심의한다. 또한 이해상충 방지와 평가윤리 원칙을 철저히 준수하여 외부의 부당한 영향 없이 독립적으로 평가업무를 수행한다.

To ensure fairness and credibility, the Evaluation Commission operates as an independent review body responsible for reviewing the application of evaluation criteria, examining evaluation results, and confirming final evaluation ratings. All evaluation activities are conducted independently in accordance with conflict-of-interest prevention measures and evaluation ethics principles, free from improper external influence.

 

SEC는 평가의 신뢰성과 객관성을 강화하기 위하여 사실확인(Factual Review), 이의신청(Appeal), 평가결과 공표 및 인증 운영 등 평가 전 과정에 대한 체계적인 운영절차를 마련하고 있으며, 관련 규정에 따라 투명하고 일관된 평가체계를 유지하고 있다.

To strengthen the credibility and objectivity of its evaluations, SEC has established systematic procedures covering the entire evaluation process, including Factual Review, Appeal procedures, publication of evaluation results, and certification management. These processes are administered in accordance with established operational regulations to ensure transparency and consistency.

 

또한 SEC는 평가비, 심사비, 인증비, 후원금 등 경제적 이해관계가 평가결과에 영향을 미치지 않도록 경제적 독립성 원칙을 운영의 핵심 원칙으로 삼고 있으며, 지속가능한 발전과 책임경영 문화 확산을 위한 공정하고 신뢰받는 평가체계를 지속적으로 발전시켜 나가고 있다.

SEC also upholds financial independence as a fundamental operational principle by ensuring that evaluation fees, review fees, certification fees, sponsorships, or other financial interests do not influence evaluation outcomes. Based on this principle, SEC continues to advance a fair and trusted evaluation framework that promotes sustainable development and responsible management.
