SEC(Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission)는 WFSRI 인증등급을 획득한 기관이 평가결과를 객관적으로 표시하고 이해관계자에게 책임경영 수준을 효과적으로 전달할 수 있도록 공식 인증마크(Certification Marks)를 운영하고 있다.

 

The Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission (SEC) operates official Certification Marks to enable certified organizations to objectively communicate their evaluation results and responsible management performance to stakeholders.

인증마크는 WF책임경영지수(WFSRI)를 기반으로 한 평가결과와 인증등급을 시각적으로 표시하는 공식 표식이며, SEC가 정한 기준에 따라 사용할 수 있다.

 

Certification Marks are official visual identifiers representing certification ratings derived from evaluations conducted under the WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI) and may be used in accordance with standards established by SEC.

 

 

 

인증마크의 목적

Purpose of Certification Marks

 

인증마크는 기관의 책임경영 수준과 지속가능경영 역량을 객관적으로 전달하기 위한 목적으로 운영된다.

 

Certification Marks are intended to objectively communicate an organization's responsible management performance and sustainability capabilities.

 

주요 목적은 다음과 같다.

SEC는 평가결과에 따라 다음과 같은 인증등급 마크를 운영한다.

 

SEC operates the following Certification Rating Marks based on evaluation results.

 

AAA

Platinum Rating

AA

Gold Rating

A

Silver Rating

BB

Certified Rating

B

Not Certified

 

인증등급은 해당 평가연도(Evaluation Year)를 기준으로 부여되며, 평가결과 발표 시점과는 구분된다.

 

Certification Ratings are assigned based on the applicable Evaluation Year and are distinguished from the date of announcement.

예를 들어 2026년도 평가결과가 2027년 2월 발표되는 경우 인증마크에는 「2026」이 표시된다.

 

For example, if the evaluation results for 2026 are announced in February 2027, the Certification Mark shall display “2026”.

 

 

 

인증마크 사용 가능 기관

Organizations Eligible to Use Certification Marks

 

SEC 인증등급을 획득한 기관은 인증 유효기간 동안 인증마크를 사용할 수 있다.

 

Organizations receiving SEC Certification Ratings may use Certification Marks during the validity period of certification.

 

인증마크 사용 가능 기관은 다음과 같다.

• SEC의 명예와 신뢰를 훼손하는 행위

Actions Damaging the Reputation and Credibility of SEC

 

SEC는 필요한 경우 인증마크 사용에 대한 시정, 제한 또는 사용 중지 조치를 할 수 있다.

 

SEC may impose corrective measures, restrictions, or suspension of Certification Mark usage when necessary.

 

 

인증마크의 관리

Management of Certification Marks

 

인증마크의 저작권 및 관리권한은 SEC(Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission)에 귀속된다.

 

The copyright and administrative authority for Certification Marks belong to the Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission (SEC).

인증기관은 SEC가 정한 기준에 따라 인증마크를 사용하여야 하며, 사용 과정에서 발생하는 문제에 대하여 성실히 협조하여야 한다.

 

Certified organizations shall use Certification Marks in accordance with SEC standards and cooperate in resolving any issues arising from their use.

 

 

 

인증마크의 신뢰성

Credibility of Certification Marks

 

모든 인증마크는 객관적인 평가자료, 사실확인(Factual Review), 평가위원회 심의 및 인증절차를 거쳐 부여된 인증등급을 기반으로 운영된다.

 

All Certification Marks are issued based on certification ratings determined through objective evaluation materials, factual review procedures, commission deliberations, and certification processes.

SEC는 평가와 인증의 독립성을 보장하기 위하여 평가비, 심사비, 인증비, 후원금, 협찬금, 기부금 또는 기타 경제적 지원을 받지 아니한다.

 

To ensure independence in evaluation and certification activities, SEC does not accept evaluation fees, review fees, certification fees, sponsorships, donations, contributions, or any other financial support.

SEC 인증마크는 책임경영 수준과 지속가능경영 역량을 객관적으로 검증한 공식 인증표식으로서 투자자, 이해관계자 및 사회 전반에 신뢰할 수 있는 참고기준을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

 

SEC Certification Marks serve as official indicators of objectively verified responsible management performance and sustainability capabilities and provide a credible reference for investors, stakeholders, and society.
