Certification Utilization and Post-Certification Management

 

 

SEC(Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission)는 인증기관이 평가결과와 인증을 효과적으로 활용할 수 있도록 지원하며, 인증의 신뢰성과 공정성을 유지하기 위하여 사후관리 체계를 운영하고 있다.

The Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission (SEC) supports the effective utilization of certification results by Certified Organizations and operates a post-certification management framework to maintain the credibility, fairness, and integrity of its certification program.

 

SEC WFSRI Certification은 단순한 평가결과의 표시가 아니라 기관의 책임경영 수준과 지속가능한 발전 역량을 객관적으로 검증받았음을 의미하며, 다양한 분야에서 활용될 수 있다.

SEC WFSRI Certification is not merely an indication of evaluation results but signifies that an organization's responsible management performance and sustainable development capability have been objectively verified and may be utilized across a wide range of fields.

 

인증 활용
Certification Utilization

 

인증기관은 인증 유효기간 동안 SEC가 정한 기준에 따라 SEC WFSRI Rating, 인증명칭 및 인증마크를 활용할 수 있다.

Certified Organizations may use the SEC WFSRI Rating, certification title, and certification marks during the certification validity period in accordance with the standards established by the SEC.

 

인증결과는 다음과 같은 목적으로 활용할 수 있다.

Certification results may be utilized for the following purposes.

인증 활용 원칙
Principles for Certification Utilization

 

인증기관은 인증결과를 사실에 근거하여 활용하여야 한다.

Certified Organizations shall utilize certification results based on factual information.

 

SEC WFSRI Rating 또는 인증마크를 과장되거나 오인될 수 있는 방식으로 사용하여서는 아니 된다.

The SEC WFSRI Rating or Certification Marks shall not be used in an exaggerated or misleading manner.

 

인증기관은 인증범위를 초과하여 인증결과를 활용할 수 없다.

Certified Organizations shall not use certification results beyond the scope of certification.

 

SEC의 명예와 신뢰를 훼손하는 방식으로 인증결과를 활용하여서는 아니 된다.

Certification results shall not be used in any manner that damages the reputation or credibility of the SEC.

 

평가결과 분석자료 제공
Provision of Evaluation Analysis Materials

 

SEC는 인증기관의 지속적인 발전과 책임경영 역량 강화를 지원하기 위하여 평가결과 분석자료를 제공할 수 있다.

SEC may provide Evaluation Analysis Materials to support the continuous development of Certified Organizations and strengthen their responsible management capabilities.

 

평가결과 분석자료에는 다음 사항이 포함될 수 있다.

SEC는 인증기관의 책임경영 수준과 지속가능한 발전 역량 유지 여부를 지속적으로 검토할 수 있다.

SEC may continuously review whether Certified Organizations maintain their responsible management performance and sustainable development capability.

 

필요한 경우 공개자료 검토, 사실확인(Factual Review), 추가 검증 또는 기타 필요한 조치를 실시할 수 있다.

Where necessary, the SEC may conduct reviews of publicly available information, Factual Review, supplementary verification, or other appropriate measures.

 

사후관리는 인증의 신뢰성과 사회적 책임을 유지하기 위한 목적으로 운영된다.

Post-certification management is conducted to preserve the credibility and social responsibility of the certification program.

 

인증 유지
Maintenance of Certification

 

인증기관은 인증 유효기간 동안 인증기준에 부합하는 책임경영 수준과 지속가능한 발전 역량을 유지하여야 한다.

Certified Organizations shall maintain responsible management performance and sustainable development capability consistent with certification requirements throughout the certification validity period.

 

SEC는 인증기관이 인증기준을 지속적으로 충족하는지 여부를 검토할 수 있다.

SEC may review whether Certified Organizations continue to satisfy the certification requirements.

 

인증 제한 또는 취소
Restriction or Revocation of Certification

 

다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우 SEC는 인증의 제한, 정지 또는 취소를 검토할 수 있다.

The SEC may review the restriction, suspension, or revocation of certification where any of the following circumstances occur.

 

중대한 법규 위반
Serious Legal Violations

회계부정 또는 재무 관련 중대한 위반행위
Accounting Misconduct or Serious Financial Irregularities

부패행위 또는 윤리규정 위반
Corruption or Violations of Ethical Standards

중대한 ESG 관련 이슈 발생
Material ESG-related Issues

사회적 물의 또는 공공신뢰 훼손
Significant Social Controversies or Damage to Public Trust

허위자료 제출
Submission of False Information

인증결과 또는 인증마크의 부당한 사용
Improper Use of Certification Results or Certification Marks

기타 SEC가 필요하다고 인정하는 경우
Other Circumstances Determined by the SEC

재검토 및 이의신청
Review and Appeal

 

인증기관은 인증 유지, 제한 또는 취소와 관련된 사항에 대하여 의견, 소명자료 또는 보완자료를 제출할 수 있다.

Certified Organizations may submit opinions, explanatory statements, or supplementary materials regarding matters related to the maintenance, restriction, or revocation of certification.

 

필요한 경우 사실확인(Factual Review) 및 이의신청(Appeal) 절차가 진행될 수 있다.

Where necessary, Factual Review and Appeal procedures may be conducted.

 

관련 절차는 「SEC 사실확인 운영규정」 및 「SEC 이의신청 심사규정」에 따른다.

Relevant procedures shall be governed by the SEC Factual Review Regulations and the SEC Appeal Review Regulations.

 

인증의 신뢰성과 책임성
Credibility and Accountability of Certification

 

SEC는 평가와 인증의 독립성을 보장하기 위하여 평가비, 심사비, 인증비, 후원금, 찬조금, 협찬금 또는 기타 명목의 금전적 지원을 받지 아니한다.

To ensure the independence of evaluation and certification activities, the SEC does not receive evaluation fees, review fees, certification fees, sponsorships, contributions, donations, or any other form of financial support from evaluated organizations.

 

모든 인증결과는 객관적인 평가자료와 검증 가능한 근거를 바탕으로 사실확인(Factual Review), 평가위원회 심의 및 관련 규정에 따른 검증절차를 거쳐 결정된다.

All certification results are determined based on objective evaluation materials and verifiable evidence through Factual Review, Evaluation Commission deliberations, and verification procedures conducted in accordance with the applicable regulations.

 

SEC는 앞으로도 공정성(Fairness), 객관성(Objectivity), 독립성(Independence) 및 투명성(Transparency)을 바탕으로 신뢰할 수 있는 SEC WFSRI Certification 운영체계를 지속적으로 발전시켜 나갈 것이다.

The SEC will continue to advance a credible SEC WFSRI Certification framework based on the principles of Fairness, Objectivity, Independence, and Transparency.

 

SEC는 인증결과가 단순한 평가등급에 머무르지 않고 기관의 지속적인 책임경영 개선과 사회적 가치 창출을 지원하는 발전적 관리체계가 될 수 있도록 인증 활용 및 사후관리 체계를 지속적으로 고도화해 나갈 것이다.

The SEC will continue to enhance its certification utilization and post-certification management framework so that certification results serve not merely as evaluation ratings, but as a continuous mechanism for improving responsible management and creating long-term social value.
