Rating Descriptions

 

 

 

SEC WFSRI Rating은 WF책임경영지수(WFSRI)의 평가결과를 기반으로 기업 및 공공기관의 지속가능성, 책임경영 수준, 사회적 가치 창출 성과 및 미래 대응 역량을 종합적으로 평가하여 등급을 부여한다.

 

The SEC WFSRI Rating assigns ratings based on the evaluation results of the WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI), comprehensively assessing sustainability, responsible management performance, social value creation outcomes, and future readiness among corporations and public institutions.

평가등급은 조직의 책임경영 수준과 지속가능한 발전 역량을 객관적으로 나타내기 위한 기준으로 활용되며, 각 등급은 평가결과를 종합적으로 반영하여 부여된다.

 

The rating categories serve as indicators of responsible management performance and sustainable development capability and are assigned based on a comprehensive assessment of evaluation results.

 

 

AAA (Platinum Rating)

AAA(Platinum Rating)는 SEC WFSRI Rating의 최상위 등급으로서 책임경영, 지속가능경영, 사회적 가치 창출 및 미래 대응 역량이 매우 우수한 기업 및 공공기관에 부여된다.

AAA (Platinum Rating) is the highest rating within the SEC WFSRI Rating system and is awarded to corporations and public institutions that demonstrate outstanding responsible management, sustainability performance, social value creation, and future readiness.

해당 등급은 책임경영을 선도하는 최고 수준의 조직으로 평가되는 경우에 부여되며, 장기적인 가치창출 역량과 비재무 리스크 관리역량이 매우 우수한 것으로 평가된 조직이 해당된다.

This rating is awarded to organizations recognized as leaders in responsible management and demonstrating exceptional long-term value creation capability and non-financial risk management capability.

 

AA (Gold Rating)

AA(Gold Rating)는 우수한 책임경영 체계를 구축하고 지속가능경영 성과와 혁신역량이 우수한 기업 및 공공기관에 부여되는 등급이다.

AA (Gold Rating) is awarded to corporations and public institutions that maintain strong responsible management systems and demonstrate excellent sustainability performance and innovation capability.

해당 등급은 전반적인 책임경영 수준이 높고 지속적인 개선 노력이 확인되는 조직에 부여된다.

This rating is granted to organizations that demonstrate a high level of responsible management and a commitment to continuous improvement.

 

A (Silver Rating)

A(Silver Rating)는 안정적인 책임경영 체계를 구축하고 있으며 지속적인 개선 노력과 발전 가능성이 확인되는 기업 및 공공기관에 부여되는 등급이다.

A (Silver Rating) is awarded to corporations and public institutions that maintain stable responsible management systems and demonstrate continuous improvement efforts and future development potential.

해당 등급은 책임경영의 기본 요소를 충실히 갖추고 있으며 지속가능한 발전을 위한 체계적인 노력이 이루어지고 있는 조직에 부여된다.

This rating is granted to organizations that have established the essential elements of responsible management and are making systematic efforts toward sustainable development.

 

BB (Certified Rating)

BB(Certified Rating)는 기본적인 책임경영 체계를 갖추고 SEC가 정한 평가기준을 충족한 기업 및 공공기관에 부여되는 인증등급이다.

BB (Certified Rating) is a certification rating awarded to corporations and public institutions that satisfy the minimum responsible management standards established by SEC.

해당 등급은 책임경영 실천을 위한 기본적인 운영체계와 관리체계를 갖추고 있는 조직에 부여된다.

This rating is granted to organizations that maintain fundamental operational and management systems necessary for responsible management practices.

 

B (Not Certified)

B(Not Certified)는 책임경영 체계가 미흡하거나 SEC가 정한 인증기준에 미달하는 경우 부여되는 등급이다.

B (Not Certified) is assigned when responsible management systems are insufficient or when the organization does not satisfy the certification requirements established by SEC.

해당 등급은 일정 수준 이상의 개선 노력이 필요하다고 판단되는 경우에 부여되며, 향후 책임경영 체계의 보완과 개선을 통하여 상위 등급을 목표로 할 수 있다.

This rating is assigned when further improvement is considered necessary and may serve as a basis for future enhancement of responsible management systems and progression to higher rating levels.

SEC WFSRI Rating은 단순한 등급 부여를 목적으로 하지 않는다. 평가등급은 기업 및 공공기관이 현재의 책임경영 수준을 객관적으로 진단하고 지속적인 개선과 혁신을 추진할 수 있도록 지원하는 발전지향적 관리수단으로 활용된다.
