WF책임경영지수(WFSRI)는 SEC(Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission)가 자체적으로 개발·운영하는 공식 책임경영 평가모델로서 기업 및 공공기관(Corporations and Public Institutions)의 지속가능성(Sustainability), 책임경영(Responsible Management), 비재무 리스크 관리역량(Non-Financial Risk Management Capability), 혁신역량(Innovation Capability) 및 장기 가치창출 역량(Long-Term Value Creation Potential)을 종합적으로 평가하기 위하여 개발된 책임경영 평가체계이다.

The WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI) is the official responsible management evaluation framework independently developed and operated by the Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission (SEC). It is designed to comprehensively evaluate the sustainability, responsible management performance, non-financial risk management capability, innovation capability, and long-term value creation potential of corporations and public institutions.

 

WFSRI는 단순히 조직의 현재 수준을 평가하기 위한 지표가 아니라, 조직의 강점과 개선과제를 객관적으로 진단하고 지속적인 혁신과 책임경영을 지원함으로써 사회적 신뢰와 장기적인 경쟁력을 높이기 위한 발전지향형 책임경영 평가체계이다.

The WFSRI is not merely an assessment tool for measuring an organization's current performance. WF책임경영지수(WFSRI)는 ESG(Environment, Social, Governance)의 기본 가치와 평가원칙을 포함하는 동시에 공공가치(Public Value), 공동체 가치(Community Value), 미래세대 보호(Protection of Future Generations), 디지털윤리(Digital Ethics) 및 혁신가치(Innovation Value)를 함께 반영한 확장형 책임경영 평가체계이다.

The WFSRI incorporates the core values and evaluation principles of ESG while additionally integrating Public Value, Community Value, Protection of Future Generations, Digital Ethics, and Innovation Value into an expanded responsible management framework.

 

기존 ESG 평가가 현재의 지속가능성과 비재무 리스크 관리 수준에 중점을 두고 있다면, WFSRI는 조직의 책임경영 수준, 사회적 가치 창출, 미래 대응 역량 및 장기 가치창출 가능성까지 종합적으로 진단하여 지속적인 발전 방향을 제시하는 데 차별성이 있다.

While conventional ESG assessments primarily focus on current sustainability performance and non-financial risk management, the WFSRI distinguishes itself by comprehensively assessing responsible management performance, social value creation, future readiness, and long-term value creation potential while providing guidance for continuous organizational development.

 

 

WFSRI 평가체계

WF책임경영지수(WFSRI)는 6대 평가부문(Six Major Evaluation Categories), 14개 하위항목(Fourteen Sub-Categories), 110개 세부지표(110 Detailed Indicators) 및 31개 핵심가치지표(CVI, Core Value Indicators)로 구성된 책임경영 평가체계이다.

The WFSRI consists of Six Major Evaluation Categories, Fourteen Sub-Categories, 110 Detailed Indicators, and 31 Core Value Indicators (CVI).

 

평가는 조직의 정책, 제도, 운영체계, 실행성과 및 지속적인 개선 노력을 종합적으로 고려하며, 기업 및 공공기관의 특성을 반영하여 객관적이고 일관성 있게 적용된다.

The framework comprehensively evaluates organizational policies, governance systems, operational frameworks, implementation outcomes, and continuous improvement efforts while being consistently applied with consideration for the characteristics of corporations and public institutions.

 

 

SEC WFSRI Rating 연계
Integration with the SEC WFSRI Rating

 

SEC는 WF책임경영지수(WFSRI)를 기반으로 SEC WFSRI Rating을 운영하며 평가결과에 따라 AAA(Platinum), AA(Gold), A(Silver), BB(Certified), B(Not Certified)의 5단계 책임경영 평가등급을 부여한다.

Based on the WFSRI, SEC operates the SEC WFSRI Rating framework and assigns five responsible management ratings: AAA (Platinum), AA (Gold), A (Silver), BB (Certified), and B (Not Certified).

 

SEC WFSRI Rating은 조직의 현재 책임경영 수준을 객관적으로 제시하는 동시에 지속적인 발전과 사회적 신뢰 제고를 지원하는 공식 책임경영 평가등급 체계이다.
