공기업평가위원회(SEC)는 WF책임경영지수(WFSRI)를 기반으로 공공기관 및 기업의 책임경영 수준을 객관적이고 체계적으로 평가하기 위하여 독자적인 평가방법론을 운영하고 있다.

 

The Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission (SEC) operates an independent evaluation methodology based on the WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI) to objectively and systematically assess the level of responsible management of public institutions and corporations.

SEC는 객관성, 공정성, 독립성, 투명성 및 전문성을 핵심 가치로 하여 평가를 수행하며, 지속가능한 발전과 사회적 가치 창출, 미래세대에 대한 책임 이행을 촉진하는 것을 목표로 한다.

SEC conducts evaluations based on the core values of objectivity, fairness, independence, transparency, and professionalism, with the aim of promoting sustainable development, social value creation, and responsibility toward future generations.

Evaluation Philosophy

 

SEC는 책임경영을 지속가능한 발전과 사회적 신뢰 구축을 위한 핵심 가치로 인식한다.

SEC recognizes responsible management as a fundamental value for sustainable development and the enhancement of social trust.

SEC는 환경(Environment), 사회(Social), 지배구조(Governance)를 포함하여 인권(Human Rights), 디지털윤리(Digital Ethics), 공동체가치(Community Value) 및 미래세대 책임(Future Generations Responsibility)을 포괄하는 확장형 책임경영 개념을 바탕으로 평가를 수행한다.

SEC conducts evaluations based on an expanded concept of responsible management encompassing Human Rights, Digital Ethics, Community Value, and Responsibility toward Future Generations in addition to Environmental, Social, and Governance considerations.

평가기준
Evaluation Framework

SEC는 WF책임경영지수(WFSRI)를 평가기준으로 활용한다.

SEC applies the WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI) as its evaluation framework.

WFSRI는 6대 평가부문(Six Major Evaluation Categories), 14개 하위항목(Fourteen Sub-Categories) 및 110개 세부지표(110 Detailed Indicators)로 구성된 책임경영 평가체계이다.

The WFSRI is a responsible management evaluation framework consisting of Six Major Evaluation Categories, Fourteen Sub-Categories, and 110 Detailed Indicators.

평가는 사실과 증거를 기반으로 수행한다.

공정성(Fairness)

모든 평가대상 기관에 동일한 평가기준과 절차를 적용한다.

The same evaluation criteria and procedures are applied to all evaluated institutions.

 

독립성(Independence)

평가과정은 외부의 부당한 영향으로부터 독립적으로 운영된다.

The evaluation process operates independently from undue external influence.

 

투명성(Transparency)

평가기준과 평가절차를 명확하게 공개한다.

Evaluation criteria and procedures are disclosed in a clear and transparent manner.

 

전문성(Professionalism)

전문성과 경험을 갖춘 평가위원이 평가를 수행한다.
