Rating Definitions

 

 

 

SEC WFSRI Rating은 기업 및 공공기관의 책임경영 수준과 지속가능성, 비재무 리스크 관리역량 및 미래 대응 역량을 종합적으로 평가한 결과를 5단계 등급으로 구분하여 제시하는 공식 평가등급 체계이다.

The SEC WFSRI Rating is the official rating system that classifies the overall level of responsible management, sustainability, non-financial risk management capability, and future readiness of corporations and public institutions into five rating categories.

 

각 등급은 조직의 책임경영 수준을 상대적으로 나타내는 평가결과이며, 투자자, 이해관계자 및 국민에게 객관적이고 이해하기 쉬운 평가정보를 제공하기 위한 기준으로 활용된다.

Each rating represents the relative level of responsible management demonstrated by an organization and serves as an objective and easily understandable indicator for investors, stakeholders, and the public.

 

 

AAA (Platinum)

 

가장 우수한 책임경영 수준을 갖춘 조직으로, 지속가능성, 책임경영, 공공가치 창출, 혁신역량 및 비재무 리스크 관리역량이 모두 매우 우수한 수준으로 평가된 경우에 부여된다.

Organizations demonstrating the highest level of responsible management, with outstanding performance in sustainability, responsible management, public value creation, innovation capability, and non-financial risk management.

 

 

AA (Gold)

 

전반적으로 매우 우수한 책임경영 수준을 유지하고 있으며, 대부분의 평가영역에서 높은 성과와 안정적인 운영체계를 갖춘 조직에 부여된다.

Organizations maintaining an excellent level of responsible management with consistently strong performance across most evaluation categories and well-established management systems.

 

 

A (Silver)

 

책임경영 체계를 안정적으로 운영하고 있으며, 지속가능한 발전을 위한 기반을 갖추고 있으나 일부 분야에서 지속적인 개선 노력이 필요한 조직에 부여된다.

Organizations operating a sound responsible management system with a solid foundation for sustainable development, while requiring continuous improvement in certain areas.

 

 

BB (Certified)

 

기본적인 책임경영 체계를 구축하고 있으나, 평가기준을 충족하기 위해 추가적인 개선과 체계적인 관리가 필요한 조직에 부여된다.

Organizations that have established the basic framework of responsible management but require further improvement and more systematic management to enhance overall performance.

 

 

B (Not Certified)

 

책임경영 체계의 구축과 운영이 미흡하거나 주요 평가기준을 충분히 충족하지 못한 조직으로, 전반적인 개선이 필요한 단계이다.

Organizations whose responsible management systems remain insufficient or do not adequately satisfy the principal evaluation criteria, indicating the need for comprehensive improvement.

SEC WFSRI Rating은 조직의 현재 책임경영 수준을 객관적으로 평가한 결과이며, 특정 조직의 재무성과, 기업가치 또는 미래 성과를 보증하거나 예측하는 것을 의미하지 않는다.

The SEC WFSRI Rating reflects an objective assessment of an organization's current level of responsible management. It does not guarantee or predict financial performance, corporate value, or future business outcomes.

 

평가등급은 SEC의 공식 평가절차와 심의과정을 거쳐 확정되며, 평가결과의 활용은 관련 규정과 인증제도 운영기준에 따라 이루어진다.

Ratings are determined through SEC's official evaluation and review procedures, and their use is governed by the relevant operational regulations and certification policies.
