새로운 평가체계가 필요한 이유
Why a New Evaluation Framework Was Needed

 

기존의 기업 및 공공기관 평가는 재무성과와 일부 비재무 요소를 중심으로 발전해 왔다.

Traditional evaluations of corporations and public institutions have primarily focused on financial performance together with selected non-financial factors.

 

이러한 평가체계는 조직의 현재 수준을 파악하는 데에는 중요한 역할을 수행했지만, 미래 경쟁력과 지속가능한 성장 가능성을 종합적으로 진단하는 데에는 한계가 있었다.

While these frameworks have played an important role in assessing current organizational performance, they have had limitations in comprehensively evaluating future competitiveness and sustainable growth potential.

 

급변하는 경영환경에서는 과거의 성과보다 미래 대응 역량과 지속적인 혁신 능력이 조직의 경쟁력을 결정하는 핵심 요소로 자리 잡고 있다.

In a rapidly changing business environment, future readiness and the ability to innovate continuously have become key determinants of organizational competitiveness, often outweighing past performance.

기후변화, 디지털 전환, 인공지능(AI), 공급망 재편, 인권, 윤리경영 및 사이버 보안 등 새로운 경영환경은 기업과 공공기관에 더욱 높은 수준의 책임경영을 요구하고 있다.

Climate change, digital transformation, artificial intelligence (AI), supply chain restructuring, human rights, ethical management, and cybersecurity are creating new expectations for higher standards of Responsible Management.

While respecting the core values of ESG, WFSRI was developed as an integrated Responsible Management Evaluation Framework that also assesses sustainability, Responsible Management, Future Readiness, and Long-Term Value Creation.
