본 절은 WF책임경영지수(WFSRI)(WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI))를 구성하는 6대 평가부문(6 Major Evaluation Domains)과 14개 하위평가항목(14 SEC Strategic Pillars)의 기본 구조와 평가체계를 설명하기 위한 공식 해설이다. 또한 각 평가부문이 책임경영을 어떠한 관점에서 평가하는지와 상호 연계되는 운영원리를 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

This section provides the official explanation of the 6 Major Evaluation Domains and the 14 SEC Strategic Pillars that constitute the WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI). It explains the overall evaluation framework and the principles through which each Evaluation Domain contributes to Responsible Management assessment.

 

 

평가부문의 기본 개념
Fundamental Concept of the Evaluation Domains

 

WFSRI는 책임경영을 단일 요소가 아닌 다양한 핵심가치가 유기적으로 결합된 종합적인 경영체계로 이해한다. 이에 따라 조직의 책임경영 수준은 특정 성과나 개별 활동만으로 평가하지 않으며, 환경(Environment), 사회(Society), 지배구조(Governance) 및 이해관계자 가치(Stakeholder Value)를 포함하는 다양한 요소를 균형 있게 평가하도록 설계되어 있다.

The WFSRI recognizes Responsible Management as a comprehensive management framework built upon multiple interconnected core values rather than a single performance factor. Accordingly, organizations are evaluated through a balanced assessment of environmental, social, governance, and stakeholder-related dimensions instead of isolated achievements.

 

 

6대 평가부문의 역할
Role of the Six Major Evaluation Domains

 

6대 평가부문(6 Major Evaluation Domains)은 WFSRI를 구성하는 최상위 평가영역으로서 조직의 책임경영 역량을 종합적으로 평가하는 기본 틀을 제공한다.

각 평가부문은 서로 독립적으로 운영되는 개별 영역이 아니라 하나의 통합된 평가체계 안에서 상호 연계되어 조직의 지속가능성과 장기적인 가치창출 역량을 다각적으로 평가한다.

The 6 Major Evaluation Domains represent the highest level of the WFSRI evaluation framework and provide the fundamental structure for assessing Responsible Management.

Rather than functioning as independent areas, the Evaluation Domains are designed as interconnected components of an integrated framework that collectively evaluate organizational sustainability and long-term value creation.

 

 

14개 하위평가항목과의 연계
Relationship with the 14 SEC Strategic Pillars

 

각 6대 평가부문(6 Major Evaluation Domains)은 보다 구체적인 평가를 위하여 14개 하위평가항목(14 SEC Strategic Pillars)으로 구성된다.

14개 하위평가항목은 각 평가부문의 핵심 전략영역을 제시하며, 조직이 책임경영을 어떠한 정책과 활동을 통하여 실천하고 있는지를 체계적으로 평가하도록 설계되어 있다.

Each of the 6 Major Evaluation Domains is further organized into the 14 SEC Strategic Pillars, providing a more detailed structure for evaluation.

The Strategic Pillars represent the principal strategic areas within each Evaluation Domain and enable systematic assessment of how organizations implement Responsible Management through their policies and practices.

 

 

110개 세부평가지표와의 연계
Relationship with the 110 Detailed Evaluation Indicators

 

14개 하위평가항목(14 SEC Strategic Pillars)은 다시 SEC 평가지표 체계(110개 세부평가지표)(SEC Indicator System (110 Detailed Evaluation Indicators))를 통하여 구체적으로 평가된다.

110개 세부평가지표는 조직의 정책, 제도, 운영성과 및 지속적인 개선 수준을 객관적으로 평가하기 위한 공식 평가기준으로 활용된다.

The 14 SEC Strategic Pillars are assessed through the SEC Indicator System (110 Detailed Evaluation Indicators).

These Detailed Evaluation Indicators provide the official evaluation criteria for assessing organizational policies, governance systems, operational performance, and continuous improvement.

 

 

핵심가치지표와의 관계
Relationship with the Core Value Indicators

 

평가과정에서는 SEC 핵심가치지표(31개 핵심가치지표, CVIs)(SEC Core Value Indicators (31 Core Value Indicators, CVIs))가 함께 활용된다.

핵심가치지표는 조직의 책임경영 수준을 대표하는 핵심 요소를 제시하며, 110개 세부평가지표를 종합적으로 해석하고 조직의 핵심 경쟁력을 설명하는 기준으로 활용된다.

The evaluation process also incorporates the SEC Core Value Indicators (31 Core Value Indicators, CVIs).

The CVIs identify the core elements that represent Responsible Management performance and serve as a framework for interpreting the Detailed Evaluation Indicators while explaining the organization's fundamental strengths.

 

 

평가결과의 활용
Application of Evaluation Results

 

6대 평가부문과 14개 하위평가항목, 110개 세부평가지표 및 31개 핵심가치지표를 기반으로 수행된 평가는 조직의 책임경영 수준을 종합적으로 분석하는 기초자료가 된다.

Evaluations conducted through the 6 Major Evaluation Domains, the 14 SEC Strategic Pillars, the SEC Indicator System (110 Detailed Evaluation Indicators), and the SEC Core Value Indicators (31 Core Value Indicators, CVIs) provide the foundation for comprehensive Responsible Management assessment.
