WF책임경영지수(WFSRI)는 ESG(Environment, Social, Governance)의 기본 가치와 평가원칙을 포함하면서 공공가치(Public Value), 사회적 가치(Social Value), 공동체 가치(Community Value), 미래세대 보호(Protection of Future Generations), 디지털윤리(Digital Ethics) 및 혁신가치(Innovation Value)를 함께 반영한 통합 책임경영 평가체계이다.

The WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI) is an integrated Responsible Management Evaluation Framework that incorporates the core values and evaluation principles of ESG while also reflecting Public Value, Social Value, Community Value, Protection of Future Generations, Digital Ethics, and Innovation Value.

 

기존 ESG 평가가 현재의 지속가능성과 비재무 리스크 관리 수준에 중점을 두었다면, WFSRI는 조직의 책임경영 수준과 미래 대응 역량, 혁신역량 및 장기 가치창출 역량까지 종합적으로 평가한다.

While conventional ESG assessments primarily focus on current sustainability and non-financial risk management, WFSRI comprehensively evaluates Responsible Management performance, Future Readiness, Innovation Capability, and Long-Term Value Creation.

WFSRI는 SEC(Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission)가 공식적으로 운영하는 책임경영 평가체계이며, 모든 평가(Evaluation), 등급(Rating), 인증(Certification) 및 평가분석(Analysis)의 기준이 되는 핵심 프레임워크이다.

WFSRI is the official Responsible Management Evaluation Framework administered by the Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission (SEC) and serves as the foundation for all Evaluation, Rating, Certification, and Analysis activities.

 

WFSRI는 단순한 평가지표의 집합이 아니라 책임경영 평가 전 과정을 하나의 체계로 연결하는 통합 플랫폼이다.

Rather than being a collection of evaluation indicators, WFSRI functions as an integrated platform connecting every stage of the Responsible Management evaluation process.

WFSRI는 6대 평가부문, 14개 하위항목, 110개 세부지표 및 31개 핵심가치지표(Core Value Indicators, CVI)로 구성된 다층 평가체계를 기반으로 운영된다.

WFSRI operates through a multi-layered evaluation structure consisting of Six Evaluation Dimensions, Fourteen Evaluation Categories, 110 Evaluation Indicators, and 31 Core Value Indicators (CVI).

 

이러한 구조는 조직의 정책, 제도, 운영체계, 실행성과 및 지속적인 개선 노력을 균형 있게 평가하도록 설계되어 있으며, 현재의 성과와 미래 경쟁력을 함께 진단할 수 있도록 구성되어 있다.

This structure is designed to evaluate organizational policies, governance systems, operational processes, implementation performance, and continuous improvement efforts, providing a balanced assessment of both current performance and future competitiveness.

WFSRI는 평가에서 끝나는 체계가 아니라 평가(Evaluation), 등급(Rating), 인증(Certification), 평가분석(Analysis) 및 연구(Research)를 유기적으로 연결하는 통합 운영체계이다.

WFSRI is not limited to evaluation; it is an integrated operational framework that organically connects Evaluation, Rating, Certification, Analysis, and Research.

 

평가 결과는 SEC WFSRI Rating, WFPL ESG 인증제도 및 ESG·WFSRI 평가분석센터와 연계되어 조직의 지속적인 개선과 책임경영 혁신을 지원한다.

Evaluation results are linked to the SEC WFSRI Rating, the WFPL ESG Certification Program, and the ESG·WFSRI Evaluation & Analysis Center to support continuous organizational improvement and Responsible Management innovation.
