SEC WFSRI Rating은 SEC(Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission)가 운영하는 공식 책임경영 평가등급 체계로서, WF책임경영지수(WFSRI)의 평가철학과 평가체계를 기반으로 운영된다.

The SEC WFSRI Rating is the official Responsible Management Rating System operated by the Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission (SEC). It is established and administered based on the evaluation philosophy and framework of the WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI).

 

SEC는 WFSRI를 기준으로 기업 및 공공기관의 지속가능성(Sustainability), 책임경영(Responsible Management), 비재무 리스크 관리역량(Non-Financial Risk Management Capability), 혁신역량(Innovation Capability) 및 장기 가치창출 역량(Long-Term Value Creation Potential)을 종합적으로 평가하여 공식 평가등급을 부여한다.

Based on the WFSRI, SEC comprehensively evaluates the Sustainability, Responsible Management, Non-Financial Risk Management Capability, Innovation Capability, and Long-Term Value Creation Potential of corporations and public institutions, and assigns official rating grades accordingly.

The SEC WFSRI Rating is not merely a numerical score or ranking. It is the official rating framework designed to present WFSRI evaluation results in a clear, consistent, and standardized manner.

 

이를 통해 기업 및 공공기관의 책임경영 수준과 지속가능한 발전 역량을 투자자와 이해관계자가 쉽게 이해하고 비교할 수 있도록 지원한다.

It enables investors and stakeholders to easily understand and compare the Responsible Management performance and Sustainable Development capability of corporations and public institutions.

 

 

평가·등급·인증의 연계 운영
Integrated Operation of Evaluation, Rating, and Certification

 

SEC는 WFSRI 평가체계를 기반으로 평가(Evaluation)를 수행하고, 그 결과를 SEC WFSRI Rating으로 공식 등급화하며, 일정 기준을 충족한 기업 및 공공기관에 대해서는 WFPL ESG 인증을 연계하여 운영한다.

Based on the WFSRI Evaluation Framework, SEC conducts evaluations, assigns official ratings through the SEC WFSRI Rating System, and links the results with the WFPL ESG Certification Program for organizations that satisfy the certification requirements.

 

이와 같은 연계 운영체계는 평가결과의 신뢰성과 활용성을 높이는 동시에 책임경영 문화 확산과 지속가능한 발전을 지원하는 기반이 된다.

ESG·WFSRI 평가분석센터와의 연계

SEC WFSRI Rating은 ESG·WFSRI 평가분석센터와 연계되어 산업별 비교분석, ESG Ranking, WFSRI Ranking, 책임경영 프로파일 및 연구·정책자료의 기초자료로 활용된다.

The SEC WFSRI Rating is integrated with the ESG·WFSRI Evaluation & Analysis Center and serves as the basis for industry benchmarking, ESG Rankings, WFSRI Rankings, Responsible Management Profiles, and research and policy resources.

 

이를 통하여 평가(Evaluation), 등급(Rating), 분석(Analysis) 및 인증(Certification)이 유기적으로 연결되는 통합 책임경영 운영체계를 구현하고 있다.

Through this integration, SEC establishes an integrated Responsible Management Framework that organically connects Evaluation, Rating, Analysis, and Certification.
